Knowledgeable and friendly staff member
Went in to buy a coffee machine for my wife’s birthday.
I pretty much knew which one I wanted from looking online, but wanted to look in person. I asked a few questions to which the staff member answered very well, clearly great knowledge, and she was friendly.

We knew what we came to buy
We knew what we came to buy. The young man who served us was extremely helpful. Allowing me to try the handles of the knives before we purchased. These were rather expensive knives but we'd heard how good they are. Almost a week after the purchase we are extremely happy with the knives we brought.

Lovely shop
Lovely shop, with a lot of smart stuff. Unfortunately they don't sell what I am after, but I saw the loveliest little frying pan with a cool handle that I can put in the oven. so bought that. Brilliant.
