Great to browse round the shop and not be pestered by staff (even though they are doing their job). Great range andxspoilt for choice. Lovely young land served me and we shared a bit of banter. Good experience.

as I was browsing around the shop to find what I was looking for there was a very good range of products then I was approached by one of your staff she helped me find what I was looking for the service was very good and the quality of the product was brilliant.

We bought the 3 utensils for £9 - 2 different sized tongues & a pair of kitchen scissors. All were great quality and we’re really pleased with them.

Once again you guys have amazed me with your customer service. I had to return my wok due to a fault and it was replaced without question. Also the staff were very polite and friendly in the Cannock store.

Our server was amazing, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us find the right product we wanted, and even suggested things that were on sale to save us a little extra, all without being too pushy and off putting. I can’t praise her enough. Her soft demeanour really sold it to us and we will definitely be back and it’s all thanks to her. Sadly I forgot her name but she was short and blonde haired.

We were looking to buy a set of new stainless steel saucepans and the sales assistant was able to direct us to an excellent deal which was £45 cheaper than we had budgeted for. So can't fault them and the pans are brilliant

Today we visited ProCook at the Cannock outlet as we’re moving into our first home and were looking to buy pots and pans. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but didn’t really know where to start. Theo, one of the shop assistants, approached us and from the very beginning he was fantastic.
His product knowledge was outstanding and he took the time to really understand what we needed, explaining the differences between options clearly and giving us helpful tips and advice we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. He was patient, friendly and never pushy, which made the whole experience really enjoyable and stress free.
Theo went above and beyond to make sure we left feeling confident in our choices. He is a real credit to the store and provided excellent customer service. We would definitely return to ProCook and hope to be helped by him again.
