We had already purchased your table we’re at the O2 they didn’t have the plates Bromley did they set them aside for us to collect they were truly helpful.

I've recently moved to Bromley and have visited the store twice. Both times the staff have been really helpful and when I'd picked up a few items they offered to take them from me while I continued to browse. I've visited another branch before and had no interaction with staff, but on both occasions in the Bromley store, staff have been very helpful and friendly. I bought some sale items in my first visit and was so pleased with them that I returned to buy some more. Unfortunately I left it too long and they had sold out of some items I wanted, but I was able to find them on their website.

I normally buy pans from ProCook, this time I thought I would try their tableware. I was really disappointed with my order. I ordered white set which was on sale, unfortunately all the plates had visable imperfections. I sent an email to customer services, however it takes 7 days for a response. I was able to call and was advised I could return the items to my local store in Bromley. The cashier was really helpful, he tried to find me replacement plates but they were all defective.
Overall rhe service was good but the product was poor.

Knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming staff make it a pleasure to shop. ProCook is a welcome addition to the Glades Bromley.

I’ve previously ordered items online from Procook and have been very pleased, but it’s great to have a physical shop to browse in! I found the glass surface protector by accident, and it is perfect for the kitchen.
