A great selection of kitchen goods hard to find in most shops.
It was a nightmare trying to get a printed receipt. Took the guy ages to try and do this.

Excellent Service
The staff were helpful in store. The aftersales online was easy to use and the small problem I had with the dinner service was resolved straight away and new plates were received in a day or so. Excellent service.

Everything is OK until I went to the…
Everything is OK until I went to the tilt staff take longer because the price tag is different, there is a difference of 2 pounds, in display it's 20 pounds then when they scan in the tilt went to 22 pounds
And staff asked me if I want to still buy the item I decided to get tge item because I don't more time to come back in the shop and we live 30 minutes away feeling dissapointed because whatever will be in the display should be follow on that day 2 staff can not nake decision . They should be careful when they put the display price it's clear written up fir 20 pounds . To make the transaction ok I decided to pay the what's ever in the tilt price is
