I passed my CBT on 14 March with ProBike and had an excellent experience. Ozzy and Craig were both fantastic instructors. I especially want to thank Craig for his time and patience.

I’m an older rider who has been on the road for many years and had developed quite a few bad habits. I’ve always been a nervous rider and only use my bike for commuting as I don’t drive a car. Over time I had lost my confidence and wasn’t enjoying riding anymore.

Craig spent a lot of time helping me and, in many ways, had to teach me from scratch. He truly has the patience of a saint - calm, encouraging, and professional throughout. Even when I became frustrated with myself, he stayed supportive and helped me work through it.

Thanks to Craig’s teaching, I rode to work this morning feeling far more confident and even practised slow riding around the business park where I work. For the first time, I’m actually thinking about taking the bike out just for fun.

Thank you so much to the team at ProBike, you’ve given me my confidence back and probably saved my life.

I passed my cbt today at pro bike Deeside and it was absolutely brilliant my instructor Roger was such a nice guy and taught me to much and help me gain my rhythm and confidence when I was starting to lose such a great guy made the learning experience so much better! Would recommend if your a new rider

I recently passed my CBT at Probike on the second attempt. Ozzy and Alex were brilliant! They should have their own TV show, because they not only know everything you ever wanted to know about bikes, their skill as unscripted stand-up comics makes you forget your lack of confidence and do your absolute best when you finally get on to the road test. You can't ask for any more than that from an instructor! I definitely would recommend these guys!

Great days training with Nev and Alex. After riding my automatic scooter on grandfather rights for 2 years I decided to take the plunge and do my cbt, which will ultimately lead on to the direct access. Really good and knowledgeable guys, the instructions on the ride were clear and concise. Cbt isn't a guaranteed pass and it takes your full attention for a day, but im so please I completed this!

Stay away - nice to face, but just want your money and for you to lose your confidence in every single way.

ProBike Chelmsford were recommended to me by good friends. I have no hesitation in passing on that recommendation - a great bunch of guys that helped me so much. The hints, tips, and advice was second to none. I cannot thank them enough for helping me complete my Direct Access.

Really professional but without being to stiff, lots of chat and great advice
Once I’m ready to upgrade to my A license I’ll be going back to these guys

To be fair I have not used the comapny so I cant comment on that aspect, more cmmunication side for me. Made contact via website, and still no repy after a good 2/3 weeks so based on that, communication is very poor.

I did my CBT today with this company at the age of 53 and it was amazing. The Instructors realised I hadn't been on two wheels since 1987 and coaxed me back to where I was 1987 but with so much more knowledge than what I had then. I am a father now to three boys all grown up 34, 29 and 24 years old and would entrust the brilliant professional team at Probike Chelmsford to teach and test my children to ride safely! Thank you Rob and Mick for the start of my journey to becoming a professional Motorcycle Rider.
