Having been to chiropractors in the past that hadn't helped correct my lower back discomfort since my gym injury, I was skeptical that my injury was fixable.
I gave ProBack a chance as a one last try & long story short they fixed it for me! I no longer have the discomfort & feel like my old self again. The team is lovely, it doesn't feel like a chore going in for appointments because everyone is so friendly, I actually looked forward to going in for every session which is rare & a testament to the team.
If you're on the fence about booking a consultation which I'm assuming you are as you're reading through Trustpilot reviews then take this as your sign to just go for it!

Proback clinic is an amazing place for pain relief. I suffered for years with lower back pain, 2 discs. An infinite thanks to Abdul and Jason for for their professionalism and kindness. Also, the staff welcoming and smiles is a bol of fresh air. Thank you.

I have suffered from a lack of movement in my neck and my spine generally. Following nine treatments, Proback have managed to give me significantly more flexibility, so that driving is a lot safer, I stand straighter and it is generally making me feel a lot better mentally.

I have had low back pain for years due to prolapsed lower herniated discs’ bulging. I had sought various treatments from other places but my pain threshold remained the same and over the years ended up with excruciating acute pains at times. I started my treatments at Proback Clinic In June this year and couldn’t be happier with the results so far.

I am always treated with utmost courtesy from the moment I walk into the clinic, all the reception staff make me feel so welcome and comfortable. My practitioners, Abdul and Yohanis are caring professionals, together with rest of the team members expertise and advice is always welcoming and truly appreciative.

The treatments are tailored to my specific needs, It’s incredible how much my pain has improved with various treatments I have on weekly basis, my family have also seen great improvement in me as they know how I have suffered in the past. I am halfway through my treatments and can envisage further improvements when I can finally say goodbye to my low back pain.

I highly recommend ProBack Clinic to anyone seeking help from back issues. The holistic approach and their genuine care has prompted me to write this review since my experience with the clinic has been so fruitful and how they have alleviated my pain for a better quality of life. I am so happy, thank you to all the staff and management.

The staff at Pro back are highly professional from the reception staff Dipa Nessa Claudia and Maria to the doctors Chris Arland and the team are very proffesional and know what they are doing, I've had severe pain since a car accident in 2019 so was unable to work since then..... I've had shockwave and decompression treatment for the last 3 months and it's made all the difference.... my sleep is greatly improved so I'm resting well and feel energised when I wake....the pain has become more localised in my lower back but much less painful in a work in progress , I must say a big thank you to doctor Chris and Jason they are always professional and very friendly I was so impressed I introduced my mother for some treatment and so far all is going well she's 83 and feeling better all over I would recommend this clinic to anyone that's suffering pain. Their treatments get to the root of the problem and work to invigorate the healing process we all have, a very effective approach one that works....keep up the great work Dr Chris and the team at Proback....

I'm sceptical of most places in central London as I often think they're just after your money rather than invested in your wellbeing. I don't feel far off the mark with this one. Overall I would say if you know your back issue is related to your bones then go for it, you're at the right place. But if you think it may be connected to soft tissues then avoid. I got an x-ray which only shows you one part of the overall picture. What was disappointing is they took a front and side image revealing two discs were close together, but the other side would have revealed more - i.e. whether it was a herniated disc. I was recommended two courses of treatments with resulting eye watering prices, even with suggested payment plans. They were overrun with clients and I was hurried into a room, my results were rattled through by a chiropracter who was obviously busy and stressed, and then a receptionist came to talk through prices. I decided to try the suggested treatments to at least see what I thought, and was told it would be five minutes. I waited 20 minutes and debated leaving. I got some more answers but wish I had opted to put the money into an MRI instead.

It was a absolutely waste of time. Been there with prior booked appointment, still has not been seen and advised to come back other day. I explained I came all the way from East London travelled nearly 2 hours . Staff was very rude . Rubbish place.. they just making money while charging us for appointments.

I can’t thank Proback enough: after a couple of months of severe, debilitating lower back pain and sciatica on one side, I decided to visit the clinic, following a recommendation. After just 2-3 treatments, my pain had subsided hugely and it continues improving after each visit. Thanks to Proback, I now have my quality of life back and am able to take care of my kids again properly! Special thanks to Arlind, Ophelia and Dimitar for their fantastic care and professionalism.

The staff are so friendly from the warm welcome from the reception staff to the practitioners.
I found this clinic on a Google search when I was in agony and desperate for help. I got a reply within an hour and an appointment for that evening. Started my treatment the next day. And I feel so much better for going to this clinic. I highly recommend it.

I’ve had problems with my lower back pain . Tried all sorts of treatments from massages to Osteopath nothing has helped. I was taking alots of painkillers everyday. Pro back clinic has sorted my back pain out. It was a life changing experience. The service is outstanding. Doctor Chris & staffs are very polite, professional and helpful. I could barely walk three weeks ago. I have scoliosis throughout my back, a neck that is bent the wrong way and a lower back that is over bent. I have several prolapsed discs. I am hyper mobile and I honestly didn’t think anything could help and I was quite down and out when I arrived at Proback.

The difference is amazing! I am now back to be active and happy. I can ride my horse again. Of course the pain is not gone but it is so much better and I am only three weeks in on the treatment of 12 weeks. I am again excited about the future! It was a long time ago since I was.

I can truly recommend this practice. They are very thorough and knowledgeable.

In truth I was apprehensive when on my first treatment at pro-back clinic. I was x - rayed to see what the underlying issue was with my back. After consecutive treatments with Arlind and his assistance I took the instruction of my body posture whilst at my desk needed to change. I was slouching down and now I have my laptop in much higher position with that one piece of counsel has changed my life. I have no issues with my back , thank God and I am very mindful of my posture. The receptionist and other members of staff I can say are very professional and helpful. If you have issues with your back I can gladly recommend them but probably the important aspect is listen and put into practise the lifestyle counsel that they recommend and you will see significant improvements almost as a partnership.

Overall very happy with the clinc, service and people working there but had to deduct one star as there was no toilet paper and towels in the toilet which in this kind of places should be a top priority. But overall great place and helpfull people

My doctor Yohannes in particular is a very knowledgeable gentlemen in the chiropractor field. He explained the problems I was having with lower back in so much accurate detail. Robert is his assistant and was helpful also.
I have been around to all doctors in various countries to sort out my hip and lower back pain. No one had a clue until I came to proback.
I feel so much better haven started the treatment.
I wish it wasn't so expensive though.
I also wish proback was available in all cities in the UK so I don't have to transport 2 times a week from London.

Proback gave me life , I feel like 20's once again. Yohanis and Robert does miracle, they have magical hands. I am 45yrs had severe neck ,legs, back pain , tiredness, shoulder stiffness with pain, stress, breathlessness , soreness of body due to degeneration of bones . Now my health is back , no more pains , I can do exercise , all work, without pain, I forgot about my illness which I had in past , shockwave and decompression helped me alot . The quality of the staff is the main differentiator. Every single member of staff I have dealt with has been positive, professional in approach, known their job thoroughly and has been familiar with the details of my case. I have lower back pain Arthritis and muscle weekness.I have been struggling for many years trying all sorts of treatment, but nothing had worked.I was 3 months ago going around in a Mobilty scooter as I was unable to walk more than 200yards without servere pain.I saw your advert on FB site and decided to get in touch.I had my first assessment,and after talking it over started treatment.I have really seen a difference in my mobility with the treatment I have been having,and today I left my walker behind having gained my confidence with walking.All this has been through coming to proback and having such wonderful care.Everyone is brilliant and caring.Thankyou to Yahanus Robert and Declan.

I have had neck and lower back pain for very long time. I tried many differents massages but no positive results. I came accros Proback and after reading reviews i decided to give it a try. I do not regret because I no longer have pain. It was Damanie and Ophelia who took care of me but the whole team are very nice and professionnel.
