We had a brilliant experience with Proactive Flat Roofing from start to finish. The free pre-sale information pack was thorough & informative, and was supplied without obligation. Even though our roof project was only a small domestic one (over a kitchen extension) the attention to detail, from initial site visit to technical survey & then to scaffolding & roof installation was very impressive - including administrative / office paperwork such as the appointment management, invoicing & comprehensive risk assessment documentation. The completed project is really top quality & looks terrific. PFR is a thoroughly professional company and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Had 3 flat roofs installed on our Edwardian property 2 years ago. So this is an update, truly superb. I wash the roof a few times a years with a straight forward car cleaning solution. It comes up like new. So signs on anything negative. Some slight discolouration on full sun areas.
So very good. The guarantee that comes with product is still unbeaten in the uk, so I recommend them 100%.

We had our new roof installed over summer 2025 and have waited until the end of a very wet and windy autumn and winter before posting a review. Where to start. Paull was a real delight to work with - completely upfront and gave our project his full attention. Respectful to our budget and a first class problem solver (and lead flashing expert as well!) I contacted Proactive Flat Roofing as we were in need of a new roof. The company is a first class professional company, from the initial assessment, surveys, recommendations on what was required, the work done, billing and the daily communication with photos being sent on each days work to us as an update. Prior committing, the company informed us that a local resident near to us had several roofs on their buildings and we were invited to visit. They were very happy with the work and it looked faultless. There were some minor niggles on during the installation but they were immediately rectified. We have a pristine new roof. We are very grateful for the efforts of the whole team, particularly Paull, Becky, Carla, Charlotte, Cameron and everyone else. I wish this company well in the future to carrying on doing a fantastic job. No hesitation in recommending. Their brochure is amazing, they really understand all the complexities of roofing.

High standard of work in installation of three flat rooves of differing sizes. The largest being a flat roof over a double width car port. Excellent customer service from point of initial enquiry, through site survey, placing order to completion of project. In comparison to other contractors used in a building project Proactive, its employees and sub contractors were the most impressive in their knowledge, care and skill in completion of the on site work.

Proactive Flat Roofing undertook a roof refurbishment project that I was overseeing in Battersea. They were extremely professional, co-operative and adaptable (we had a few obstacles to overcome due to difficult tenants) and their workmanship was excellent. Overall very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them on any future suitable projects.

It was a pleasure dealing with a very professional company who listened to our own experiences with our balcony roof and agreed the best solution with us. It was unfortunate that PFR did not take into account the work that was needed on the drainage outlets but they returned a few weeks later and rectified the situation at no extra cost. The standard of their work was excellent.

The company were like their name very proactive and positive regarding the required work which soon became apparent was a much bigger job than first anticipated. Every member of their team was extremely professional and hard working and finished the job in a very timely and tidy manner. I’d highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Proactive Roofing, I'm very pleased with the brand new warm roof on my new extension. Their professionalism highly distinguishing them from the rest of the roofing companies I have been in contact with. The sales team explained everything in a clear way, making sure no grey areas left. The operations team ensured the project was kept on track despite the bad weather. The installation team (Alex and Jake) were fabulous, they were courteous, polite, tidy and making sure everything was top notch.

The after care was also brilliant, I'm really pleased with the whole experience.

Proactive Flat Roofing fixed a major roof leaking problem. Their product and professional services far outweighed other companies I researched. Camaron and Ryan worked tirelessly to complete the job and I am highly satisfied with the outcome.

I first came across PRS in a professional capacity, when employed as a QS for a local housebuilders over 5 years ago. I was impressed with their quality of work and professionalism and have utilised them on my own personal project, which they completed mid September.

The operatives (Ben and Cam) were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely competent. I was kept up to date of progress daily with photographs emailed to me, and the supervision (from Rich the Project Manager) was very efficient and transparent, it ensured I had no headaches from start to finish.

We engaged Proactive to complete a major replacement of our flat roof, following the receipt of a local authority grant. From start to finish everyone we worked with were exceptional. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. The work was completed on time and to budget and communications from them were excellent, including daily photos of work that had been completed.
