We also received a follow-up call to ask if we wanted to subsitute the ordered proprietary branded items with Printerland alternatives (which we had ordered on a previous occassion) with the appropriate refund. Overall helpful and proffesional

I cannot recommend Printerland enough! Their website made comparing different colour laser printers incredibly easy. I decided on a Canon, and it has exceeded my expectations. It packs a punch for such a compact, lightweight unit—fast speeds and superb print quality. Shipping was super quick, too. A flawless experience from start to finish.

Arrived within a short number of days.

I ordered a printer which I couldnt connect with my computer so spoke to Xerox. They looked into matter and said printer was faulty and will send out engineer to replace and install in 3 weeks time.
Coincidently, I received an email from Matthew Ackers asking if I was happy with the printer. I explained the situation and he offered to check this out as he was surprised to hear the printer was faulty.
Matthew resolved the situation easily; the printer was fine.
I then realised the printer was not a scanner and this was organised immediately with a new printer arriving the next day.
