Buyer beware of this dealership
Buyer beware of this dealership. They include a $1795 charge for the "Principle Package" on every car sale, but of the listed items, they only included the wheel locks. I didn't get tint, I didn't get the protective film, the nitrogen filled tires, and I got zero docs for the "warranties" included in the package. They also didn't install $250 worth of other distributor addons to the car. I tried to contact them about it, but no one will reply to e-mails or return phone calls. I finally got Toyota to call them, and they told Toyota they would fix it, but when I try to get in touch with them to schedule the work, or ask about a loaner car (since it's 4-5 hours of work in the dealership) they don't reply.
I recommend if you buy a car from them, you double check everything on the sticker. That $1795 package is already a scam and just markup anyway, but they probably didn't even bother to install any of the parts that had any value at all. I've filed a BBB and an FTC complaint. If you have any issues with your sale, you can be sure that no one will return your calls or e-mails. Once you're out the door, you're on your own.
edit: After I posted this review, one of the sales managers (Michael Sweat) from this dealership called me up and now says that they aren't going to install any of the missing accessories I paid for because "they won't be held hostage" by a negative review. I did not try to use this review as leverage or a threat. I merely posted my experience for other buyers. I've never in my life had a dealership scream at me over the phone, talk over me, threaten me, or try to gaslight me. Their general manager first tried to deny they owed me anything, then admitted the owed me the items, but told me they would do the absolute minimum legally required. Please be aware that this is the least professional business I have ever dealt with. If you get a salesman named "T" or Michael Sweat, and you really want to do business with this company, do yourself a favor and ask for another salesman.
