I recently bought my first racing bike from Primera Poole. With little knowledge of road bikes I was extremely happy with the help and support from the guys at the store. I was mainly helped by Vince who showed me a range of different bikes and helped me find the right one.

Great service. I recently bought a bike from Primera and highly recommend them.

The guys were great! I bought my first road bike from primera and they helped me fit and fine tune the geometry to what i was looking to use the bike for, as well as giving comprehensive maintenance advice.
Can't recommend enough

After finding a model I was interested online, I visited the Poole store and was able to try the frame sizes of similar model to ensure a good fit and then put down a deposit for the bike I wanted. I then arranged a collection date along with fitting etc and all the other attachments needed where there when I arrived. Vince and Clive make you feel welcome and knowledgeable, definitely worth the long travel to get there.

From start to finish, I could not have asked for a more professional or pleasant experience at Primera Poole.

Extremely helpful throughout the whole process. These guys really know their stuff and they are more than happy to share every bit of advice if you ask for it.

Special thanks to Vince. Everything you would want when buying a bike. I was guided from start to finish and I could not be happier with my results.

You can really tell that these guys are passionate about bikes and just want to share that with their customers.

Fantastic service and set me up on my new gravel bike with Darren keeping me updated throughout the process I cannot recommend them enough.

I took my bike in to get its tire replaced. They did it very well. I’m very happy. Would 100% recommend. Lovely people there too.

The guys at Primera in Poole are extremely friendly and helpful. Top quality service every time I go in there and they always have the parts I'm looking for without having to wait for delivery.

A very disappointing after sales experience. I bought a bike which developed a serious fault which is covered either by the Consumer Rights Act and the manufacturers warranty. The fault was related according to the manufacturer due to a wrong expander plug being installed. Neither Primera nor the manufacturer would take on responsibility for this. The part is safety critical.

I was passed over to the manufacturer to order the replacement part and labour at my own cost. It's now 2 months on and the bike is still out of action. I've been advised of further delays.

Whilst the person I was working with was polite and helpful however I got nothing out of it.

Under the Consumer Rights Act it is reasonable to get 6 years cover especially with the price of the bike. Given that this was a setup issue that occurred before I took ownership it is reasonable to have it repaired under that act. The part in question as mentioned is safety critical, it's concerning that this was not checked before I took ownership.

Great experience purchasing a Scott gravel bike, the staff member was super helpful, very knowledgeable and took their time in making sure I was set up with everything, and good to go!

Big thanks to Clive Vince and Jon for outstanding personal service. These guys are oldschool when it comes to professionalism and helpfulness on the front door. They know where they where there customers come from and they’re in it for the long-term in terms of looking after their customers. Had a defunct electric bite Thursday these guys had it up and running faster than it would take to order burger and chips at McDonald’s. Thanks to Clive , Vince and Jon.
