Jake and his apprentice George arrived "spot on" 8am as arranged.They installed the new replacement boiler and pipework to a high standard of workmanship.

We have used pride plumbing on 2 occasions and are booked in again later this month. The whole process from the first phone call to getting the job done was very efficient, will use them again.

Overall I had a great experience with Pride plumbing, I’ve had a few bad encounters with other company’s. From the get go the service on the phone was perfect, the engineer ‘Will’ came over he was very polite took his shoes off upon entry and had the job sorted within the hour. Deffo recommend will be using them as my go to from now on!

Jamie the plumber was very quick and efficient today when we needed an emergency plumber. Our toilet was leaking considerably but Jamie managed to get to us in a couple of hours and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Thank you Jamie for doing a great job we will definitely contact this company for more plumbing work in the future.

Chris the plumber arrived on time (08.00am) on the agreed day and did a superb job. I can't recommend Pride Plumbing or Chris the Plumber highly enough, it's so good to find a quality company and superb plumber like Chris.

Pride Plumbing recently installed a new boiler and radiator. The team were first class and did a great job. Couldn't fault them. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and would always recommend them to friends and family.

The customer service from both the tradesmen and office staff was very good indeed. They were friendly and pro actively helpful, actually anticipating my questions. Prices were in line with what others have paid for similar. New boilers are never cheap but what I got from PP was much more advanced and modern and will better suit my needs, so I feel like I got good value.
