Watercolors arrived quickly and I love them. Surprised to read a few issues from other people because I didn't have any

I ordered the three pack of metallic watercolor paints three months ago and NEVER received them. I was super patient as I know Covid was happening but things were still getting through in the mail just taking longer but 3 months is ridiculous!! I tried to contact the company several times - they were NO HELP! I asked for a refund and NOTHING - NO REPLY!
My suggestion: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will lose your money and they DO NOT CARE!!!!!
To date I still have no package and no refund :(

If you could write in french about your products, it will be easier for me to understand exactly what it's all about.... And I'am wonderind if it's because of the CORONAVIRUS that a lot of my orders never arrived ???? Althought I already paid !!!

I received products with no problems. Great quality!

I was delighted with the products I bought from Prestigify. hey were well packaged and were exactly as described, and the prices are very reasonable. My only reservation is that since Prestigify is based in the US it takes a long time for the products to arrive here in the UK.

A great company to buy from. Reasonable price for good quality products.

Delivery was waylaid by customs and the costs to release it from customs outweighed the deal

Will never order from them again. Now 6 months later they send a random reminder about a review. That tells you how they work. Took two months to get part of my order. I needed it for vacation. Didn’t happen. I requested a refund after a month and a half. They wouldn’t do it. Then they said wait one more week. I did. Nothing. Finally they said they couldn’t issue a refund the item was delivered. It went to the wrong house. Neighbor brought it. Then the pens sucked. Nope never again.

Can't really comment on quality as i am yet to recieve my order placed on the 9th of April i have emailed a few times and heard they will get back to me but gone quiet now, i know there is an issue with postage around the world but 3 months should be long enough to get it to me, hope to get it eventually but my feeling is i wont.

The product was well worth the money. The customer service were also extremely helpful.

The fountain pen I purchased looked good, and I was pleased with that.
Unfortunately the quality i.e the plastic was very thin and after a few uses the pen barrel disintegrated as I removed the cap.

I purchased the drawing figure for my son a couple years ago. He loves it!

Lovely product, packaged well and arrived within the time specified (pretty fabulous in these COVID-19 times when online deliveries at an all-time high and Australia Post are having such fun getting huge volumes delivered in a timely manner). Thanks Prestigify :-)

Fine product

I ordered a few things in 2018. I assume that I’ve received an email about reviewing now because the last product has arrived? I did file a complaint with support about the lateness and a faulty tracking number, and they said that they would follow up on it, but after that I didn’t get any more emails and the issue was never resolved. I had to check my emails to remember what Prestigify was. I did receive some of the products I ordered, late, but one of them never arrived.

I really like the watercolours and the set is so compact great for travel. Only drawback seems to be you don’t seem to be able to get refills for the set some of my colours are running out. I even sent a message asking about refills to Prestigify and never got a response.
