I placed an order with this company months ago and even made some custom changes to the three chandeliers that I ordered. They were super communicative through the process until I placed the order. The website is shutdown for maintenance, and it took a while to get a response

The Site is Shut Down and I never got my purchase
I ordered a chandelier after months of shopping. The site seemed legitimate. I even contacted them to verify the size of the item. At the time, there was a phone number listed on their site. I spoke with a real person who updated the error on their site, so I could purchase the item. The item was indicated to have 5-8 weeks. It's been over 9 weeks and I have made several attempts to contact them. The phone number is gone, and they have not responded to any of my inquiries regarding the status. Now the site is shut down. I cannot even contact anyone about getting a refund. I will be contacting my credit card company and contesting the charge.
UPDATE: They got in touch with me within two hours of my negative review asking me to remove/modify my negative review. However, it’s been 94 days and I still have no idea if I’ll ever get the product I ordered OR a refund. They wrote me back once or twice without any further updates and have now stopped returning my emails. Meanwhile someone else seems to have received 3 custom chandeliers. I really just want the product they were selling but now I’m just hoping I can get my money back!

Product was poor quality and damaged in shipping due to improper packaging. Issue was eventually resolved, but it took 3 months with many exchanges with both the seller and carrier.

To add more color here. The item I purchased was the Valentino chandelier. The box appeared to be shipped directly from China and routed through a distribution warehouse in Chino, CA (so appears to be a drop shipping business). The packaging was insufficient for the materials and weight (which is why the shipping company denied an insurance claim), and it arrived with the box torn, crumpled and the styrofoam padding nearly completely disintegrated.
Its presented on their site as luxury item (as most of their items), but this thing looks and feels like something you would buy at some scandanavian-big-box-knock-off. I'm not exaggerating - there were several hundred very tiny pieces that required assembly with nuts and bolts and tiny plastic ring spacers. The glass pieces were disappointingly cheap looking paint swirled glass (way worse than the photos - which almost give an iridescent, abalone luster). The material for the chandelier was not solid brass, but some cheaper metal with a brass-colored coating. It was lightweight, and felt like coated aluminum.
The instructions were in Chinese - and woefully inadequate to assemble (though I didn't attempt because too many parts were missing because the bags of screws and nuts had torn open and spilled out of the box along with a dust cloud of disintegrated styrofoam - which was a huge mess and pain to clean up. Imagine opening a box and having the contents of a bean bag spill into your house).
To their credit, they did *eventually* resolve the issue by refunding my money, but again it took many months, which was incredibly frustrating.
I would not recommend purchasing any item from this site.

Good customer service
I have been waiting since February for my table, and then it arrived cracked. Now I am trying to get a replacement and they have been very helpful. The table is gorgeous and I can't wait to see it without the crack!!

FAKE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They've taken my money and not sent the item after 4.5 weeks now. Cannot get hold of anyone, no reply to multiple emails. Looking at my orders it says "Fulfilled" with no tracking number etc. The website is designed well and believable but the site is a con.
