RIPOFF!!! My $150 order was going to cost an additional $480 to ship. These terms were not disclosed until after I sent payment. Foreigner call center blew my phone up. My phone number was reported as hacked and compromised. Wish they would respond to my email, texts... DON'T use them!

If you're concerned about getting genuine, name brand bottles, don't be! These are the real deal. Your first order may take a couple extra days but after that shipping is pretty fast.

I have used these guys for years ! Top notch customer service and very personal. In three years I had one issues an it was fixed immediately. The owner is amazing an will take care of you personally. and the shipping usually only takes 2 days all the way from across the United States. Highly recommend.

Took about 3 weeks to come but that was dhl keeping it at one location for over 2 weeks, awesome products will buy from them again

Worst customer support ever. The customer support does not care at all about your order and it takes several days for them to answer your mails. I'm waiting for my order for more than five weeks and they dont even care. Very very disappointed.

Below is my review of Premium Vape Supply. Their customer service staff contacted me and wanted to correct the problem ASAP. They agreed to replace the 2 “bad” products that I received. After many emails “we” have come to the conclusion that it is most likely the manufacturer sending products that are unacceptable and shouldn’t be sold to the consumer. I will continue to purchase from Premium Vape Supply for correcting this problem. I will no longer purchase the Keep it 100 products. I have purchase a lot of Keep it 100 products in the last year ++ but 2 “bad” bottles from 2 different Vape Suppliers doesn’t work for me.

I used to be a good customer of Premium Vape Supply but then I was sent 2 bottles of ejuice that was NO GOOD. I am not purchasing from them anymore and I rarely leave a bad review, but this needs to be said.

I am a big fan of Keep It 100 products. This bottle of strawberry milk is disgusting.
I bought it because it was on “sale” from premium vape supply. I buy a lot of juice from them. Not anymore.
The previous order, I received a bottle of Prmyum juice I’ve purchased before and it was no good (old, bad batch, etc) tasted awful and I threw it away after trying to use it. This order, I purchased Keep It 100 strawberry milk. Again, nasty. After I opened it, it turned a dark color 1 day later. It was literally disgusting. Throwing it away tonight.
Premium Vape Supply has been very good in the past to purchase from. Good prices and fast shipping. When I have to throw bottles of juice away, the good pricing becomes high prices.
Customer service isn’t good. Call, leave message, no call back. Email, days later, email back without correcting the problem.
I was buying for myself and a friend of mine who’s out of work. I can’t afford to have bad ejuice sent to me anymore.
I’m done, I’m gone.

I have ordered many times from Premium Vape Supply and I just wanted to share my experience. Their website is easy to navigate I am able to find exactly what I am looking for. Checking out is simple and where they excel is product packaging and shipment speed. I never wait more than 2 days to receive my order. When it comes it's packed well and I never have leaking! I love them and will continue to shop with them!

Excellent website for e-juice. The best prices around, pretty big selection of juices to choose from, and their shipping is fast. I think if you order $30 or more of juice the shipping is free. This is my go to site for e-juice!
