I cannot give zero stars, so it'll have to be 1. Booked for a quote, took the day off work and waited in all morning. Appointment was at 1pm, at 1 minute before the appointment I received an email saying they had staffing issues and could they reschedule, no phone call, no text message, just an email. I foolishly rebooked the quote for today at 10am, taking more time off work, no one showed up,no call, no message, no email. Called the number I had called to make the appointment, no answer and straight to answerphone. Left a message on voicemail, no reply. Eventually found another number by scouring the Internet, company owner picked up and told me he wasn't working today!
Terrible, unprofessional behaviour! Steer clear unless you want to waste your time as apparently theirs is far more valuable!

LOFT INSULATION AND BOARDING REPLACEMENT
I couldn’t be happier with Premier Loft Solutions and the work carried out to replace my loft insulation and install new boarding. From the very first contact, Georgie & Jake were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. On the day of the job, the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were extremely respectful of my property. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding — the insulation has been fitted perfectly, the boarding is solid and neatly finished, and the loft space is now far more usable and energy efficient than before. They kept everything clean and tidy throughout, and once the job was finished you wouldn’t have known they’d been working there, aside from the excellent results.
