Premier have just put a completely new heating system into our Grade 2 listed cottage. This required a new gas pipe into our property, a newly positioned boiler, new hot water pipes through out the cottage (where wattle and daube walls making pipes hard to conceal) and new radiators in every room. They did a great job and I would particularly recommend Sean as the most hard-working and resourceful heating engineer imaginable.

Routine servicing disclosed faulty part requiring immediate shutdown of warm air unit mid-day Friday. New replacement element supplied and fitted by Monday mid-day.

We were very impressed with Graham. He explained everything clearly and what was needed.
He fixed what he could and there is an improvement but he has had to order a new thermostat

What turned out to be quite a minor issue with our heating controls however, Graham the engineer was very diligent in making sure everything was properly resolved.

Premier Heating have long been my Boiler Service company for many, many years. Introductiuon of their new services came at a good time for me and the recently completed Electrical and Plumbing work was carried out to great satisfaction. Cannot praise Martin and Daryl highly enough for their promptness, courtesy and excellent, tidy workmanship. Both a credit to the new services on offer. This company have serviced my boiler for years and they are my first call when any plumbing job needs doing. The chap who came out to fit new taps and sort out a leak under my bath. Courteous, helpful and happy to listen to my thoughts on some further work he then relayed to the office exactly as I had asked. Jobs completed perfectly. Left immaculately clean and tidy. happy to recommend.

I wouldn't normally leave a review on this type of website, but, having been a customer of Premier Heating for nearly 20 years now I'm more than happy to give them some praise. Thankfully, it's rare to have to call out a plumber or electrician for a problem, but I've had to over the past couple of months. Being a local company I've used in the past, and have been more than happy with, I had to have some urgent work done. The whole experience, from initially speaking with the excellent office staff, through to the, always friendly, efficient and helpful engineers that attended, has been fantastic. They've always gone out of their way to be as helpful as possible. A great company, providing a great service! Nothing more to say really!

Premier Heating have just replaced and relocated my boiler ready for a kitchen refurbishment. From the initial meeting with Alan and the installation by Mick, the process couldn't have been any smoother. My house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and the bricklaying/plastering, in addition to the technical gas workmanship was impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this local company.

Experienced engineer arrived when arranged, diagnosed problem and carried out repair in line with quotes. Boiler working well now.

Great job done to fit intelligent heating controls to our underfloor heating (Heatmiser) and hot water and radiators (Drayton miser). Delighted with the results so far. We had been having problems for years with a boiler that was constantly on and several engineers had been to look at it and couldn’t find the problem. Chris found and solved the problem during the installation which in itself will save a fortune. We were really impressed by Chris - very thorough and professional and patient in explaining and setting up the systems. Great job. Thanks.

New stopcocks and bath waste pipe: friendly, punctual, courteous visit; seems to have done a good job and cleared up afterwards.

Replaced a woefully sited inoperable internal stopcock, plastered into tiling, with the minimum of easily reparable damage. Neat, efficient, not a speck of dust or chipping left behind.

Premier Heating was very professional from start to finish when dealing with my boiler replacement. I had had a quote from British Gas and BG had found problem after problem - I live in a 16th Century cottage with LPG. However, Premier Heating only saw solutions and installed to time, to cost and in a very friendly manner. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a new boiler installed.
