First clean carried out last week, very clear information about what he was doing and the process for payment. Went over the support process if I wasn't happy with my first clean. All really good, cannot fault him, our windows were in much need a clean .

All the windows were left with water spots and weren’t properly dried or wiped with a squeegee. I had to wipe them myself with a dry cloth to remove the remaining water, and I couldn’t reach the upper windows, so the water dried and left stains.

It seems that the cleaning was only done well around the window frames (the white parts), but the glass itself wasn’t cleaned or dried properly.

The service was amazing and the job was done professionally and they removed the tough grime on the windows

Firstly super easy to set everything up,informed on everything they do,they were due to come on Friday morning but there had been a problem so I was told early that morning as told it would now be the afternoon! The gentleman that came was really polite and the job that he did was good too he told me that there might some streaks with it being the first time and if that was the case they would be washed again free of charge overall really happy

Good clean a few watermarks especially upstairs,but they did say it would happen after first wash. Which they said they would come back and do a free clean. Look forward to many more cleans

The hot wash has made my windows and frames sparkling clean and this was the first visit definitely a genuine difference for the better from what I had from a cold wash from another company before so impressed that I am going to book the soffits and facia for a clean as well, young man was polite and courteous as well who cleaned the windows, being able by bank transfer is good too the only thing was when I tried to text on number given to say I had transferred into there bank account the mobile number given would not go through so I emailed preen and clean but no reply as yet, when they do I will get quote for the soffits and facia cleaned.
