PowaKaddy in Sittingbourne were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. All fixed and returned in just a few days.

I unfortunately lost the main adjustment bolt from my umbrella holder whilst out in the course.
A couple of emails and 2 days later I had a replacement in my hand and it was free of charge.
Jack was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable in fulfilling this requirement.
This is customer service as it should be and which is sadly lacking all too often with some companies these days.

Quick delivery after ordering very satisfied

An excellent choice for me , with easy folding and compact size. I purchased the trolly from the Pro Shop at my golf club, West Byfleet GC. I did some research on websites and Foremost have an excellent 7 minute video with the Powakaddy Product Director, comparing the various Powakaddy models. I chose the CT range for its size, it really does fold down to a convenient shape, especially when the wheels are inverted - a straightforward process. I’ve been using the trolley for a few weeks and I’m very happy with it, even though at £749 it’s on the pricey side, but the benefits are worth it.

I have had my new CT6 for approx one month and already I have had two problems !

I had an umbrella holder in with my deal and after affixing it, all looked really good. However when I used the holder for my brolly, it just moved away from the straight line every time I went over a bump . I realised that the two screws holding the base of the holder were loose ! I rectified that with my screwdriver, but oh no , it still moved. I don’t think I can tighten it any more.

Secondly today I turned up for a round of golf and unfortunately forgot my battery. The course is fairly flat so I decided to push my trolley. As I took the wheel off to turn it the correct way round , a brass bush came out of the outside of the axle hole ! As it happened it did not stop the wheel from turning, but I am a little dissappointed with the quality of the product. I have tapped the bush back into place and all appears ok at the moment.

If you have any tips as to how I stop the brolly holder from rotating I will be very grateful

Only disappointment I have with it is that when the motor is set at zero it doesn’t lock the wheels on an incline

I had a problem with my trolley so I phoned PK support and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent a box to me which arrived the next day and collected it exactly when I asked them to . As I was going on holiday I arranged for it to be delivered the day after I got back.Sure enough it was there on time fully repaired. Perfect and friendly service

I bought a new CT10 electric trolley some 3/4 months ago. In essence the trolley tips backwards very easily despite my golf course being relatively flat. This has happened numerous times ( and of course the bag falls off and everything has to be reattached ) so I contacted customer services for help and advice. Their responses have been bland, uncaring and unhelpful on numerous occasions. My supplier has also tried very hard to persuade them to help but without any success.
I’ve even offered to buy a rear wheel, ( the same as the one on their remote controlled trolley) which we know will solve the problem, but they refuse to supply the part.
For a company of their standing I’m appalled at the treatment I’ve received ( and my supplier) and having spent nigh on 1100GBP on the trolley am reluctant to give in. What happened to good old customer service. The customer service team (3 different individuals) have obviously all attended the same, “how not to help customer training courses” and passed with flying colours!!!!! Come on Powerkaddy, read this and do the honourable thing and help a customer who pays your wages!!!!! Living in hope………

I contacted Powakaddy as the bearings on the front wheel of my power trolley had broke. I asked if it was still in warranty it was not by a long time . ( how time flys) He then said he would send me some out no charge . I phoned them Friday10.07.26 morning they arrived Saturday lunch. Now that is service I cannot praise this company high enough. A screw sheared off one of the wheels which made the trolley unusable. Phoned Powakaddy technical support and they posted a new wheel out which arrived the following morning - so very grateful - thank you!

Problem with speed control on caddy. Still in warrantee, parts supplied in two stages to determine solution. Problem resolved without having to send caddy back. Video supplied as to how parts were to be fitted
