Then you have to wait to get your money back when you cancel. AVOID!
Bilstein shocks
I ordered a set of bilstein shocks as they were the best price I could find them for, had to wait a few weeks for them to come from Germany but was kept updated via there WhatsApp, just to counter some of the bad reviews I found them fine to deal with. Shocks arrived day after being dispatched by them & were very well packaged

I ordered a Rotiform Aerodisc for my wheels after I lost one. I sent an e-mail before it was picked up by Fedex, that the order should be cancelled as I found an alternative. They did not handle the matter at all (even after Fedex said that it can be cancelled) and I was never notified that if I return the product (returns policy on the website also says nothing about this), I will not be reimbursed for the cost of transportation as is standard per European directives that set the framework between customers and companies.
This means that the lack of transparency in return policy means that they will charge you for whatever shipping costs without the policy nor e-mails inbetween the process saying anything about it.
The customer support rep Olivia was slow in handling the matter and as a result the product was shipped out unnecessarilly, thus costing me more than 60€. I was never notified about only getting a partial refund.
Her superior, commercial director Adam Kelly was absolutely incapable of finding a decent solution and laid the blame on me.

I ordered some Bilstein shocks from POTN who price beat any other website or company. They were responsive and had good product knowledge. Unfortunately my order was going to take too long due to a missed production date at Bilstein and I received a full refund. I will be using them again once I decide on alternative shocks.
If you like waiting weeks for things…
I dealt with Maddie via email over a set of EBC grooved brake discs and Yellowstuff pads front and rear for a customers R33 skyline. They sent silver coated rear discs, and black coated front discs. Both me and my customer couldnt fathom the lack of braincells the staff have to sent two different colours. Over £800 worth of brakes. I was promised the correct coloured discs would be sent in the post to be exchanged, three weeks later theyre now saying theyll pick up these black ones and take them away to be re-coated, with an unknown timeframe. My customer has backed out of the job now and im currently £800 down and three weeks of wasted time. DO NOT USE POTN for EBC parts. Use another company!
Bilstein b8 shocks
Ordered bilstein b8 shock kit for Astra vxr said they were in stock and dispatch time 3-5days took over 3 weeks to arrive.
When shocks arrived front shocks were not what I ordered, one shock absorber didn’t have any part numbers on, contacted them numerous times and sending photos told me they had been superseded. I asked for another set to be sent out for swap and said was to risky and told me they wound not refund until I sent items back and they would have to be quality control checked before a refund was considered and I would have to cover postage costs being £50 even thou multiple pictures sent showing my concern. Absolutely disgusting customer service by Adam who is company director would no recommend this company to anyone I have a strong suspicion the items I received were copy’s and not even bilstein equipment. Please avoid this company at all costs. Scammers

I ordered a set of spacers for a my car and got sent the wrong ones (due to there
website being incorrect), I sent the spacers back for a exchange at my own time and cost (which they should have paid for ), now they telling me I can’t have a exchange or a refund because I put tape on the box and the spacers were apparently in poor condition which is absolute BS as they we’re never fitted being the wrong ones, so now I’m £120 down with no spacers , stay well away people !!!!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible company. Ordered some spacers on the 11th July and after trying an attempt to fit them by our garage, 3 of the nuts would not torque to the correct specification. On removal of the spacer the nuts have pulled through into the recess of the brake disc. Have been trying to contact POTN about this for the last three weeks and there has been little to no response. Would not recommend or use again as their customer service is zero to none!
AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. AVOID
Ordered parts in March that were in stock online. After 5 days had to chase and told no parts, would be in soon. 2 months later asked for refund but told to hang on, if I waited a partial refund would be offered.
4 MONTHS LATER parts arrive, no partial refund, no response to emails. ZERO COMMUNICATION. I've had to chase every step of the way. I WOULD RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND BUT SUSPECT ID GET THE RUN AROUND OR NO REFUND AT ALL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL BE WAITING AN AGE FOR YOUR PARTS/OR MONEY.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
I'm surprised I've still got the car that the parts are supposed to be going on.

Awful company ! Avoid I wish I had. Ordered over the phone with the help of their customer services a 40mm lowering kit (Bilstein shocks & Eibach springs) with all my vehicle details as was advised what kit I needed for my vehicle and told about 2-3 month wait. I ended up waiting 8 months after being fobbed off numerous times. I finally got and fitted them and it made my VW Transporter look like the A-Team van(as someone suggested), 740mm front and 795mm rear. After many emails (about 40) Customers services first told me the rear was too high and hadn’t been fitted correctly, then the rear was correct, and the front was too low. Now I get no replies from my emails. I’ve now purchased through a different company a set of 40mm lowering H&R suspension springs and guess what 740mm front and 745mm rear. I feel I have been mis-sold this kit or the kit is wrong for my vehicle. An expensive and unnecessary experience ! Maybe I’ll get a reply now ?
Such poor customer service
Ordered a brake kit. Guaranteed delivery in three days. Nothing arrived. No comms. Chased them. No reply. Eventually got a reply that the item was out of stock with suppliers and they were waiting for it; could be 3-4 months. Asked for refund. Not forthcoming. Want me to pay extra for sourcing different parts! Now taking them to court. Proper cowboy company selling parts they don't have. Be aware that their customer service is virtually non existent.
Quick Refund
Whilst my order for four shocks could not be fulfilled as the two rear would not be available for another month, the company immediately refunded me the full amount without any delay. I would not hesitate to place another order with these guys.
POTN delivering ‘genuine’ Customer Service ‘fact’...
Had a fantastic experience with this Company with my recent purchase of my Rota Grid wheel and tyre package. Purchased these on the special discounted November ‘Black Friday’ special deals being hosted on the POTN’s Rotashop site.
Managed to get a great deal, best on the web with Adam the Sales Manager with premium tyres and he also threw in a premium set of lockers also.
There was an initial hitch where Rota sent me initially just the alloy wheels with no tyres. This was just an oversight by one of the dispatchers at Rota.
I contacted POTN and they couldn’t be more helpful in resolving and even offered a further tyre upgrade and a free coffee mug to boot.
Both Adam and Jay were totally Customer focused throughout and I always ensure that I leave reviews when Customer Service is really dealt with in a professional way. Several emails and even a couple of phone calls with updates along with live traceable delivery services!
What’s not to like, these guys hit the spot for me and I just had to write this review to instil confidence in others that this Company does care about offering great products, market effective pricing and focussed Customer Service..
