As was discussed with you, repetition and consistency are vital elements to the success of any marketing campaign and those factors are certainly missing from your campaign with us so far. We make it very clear to all our clients that despite our more than 25 years of marketing experience, we nor any other marketing firm can guarantee results. We're very sorry to hear that you feel this way and we'll be refunding you the undelivered products and services remaining on your order.

Yes, I did purchase 3000 postcards in May after speaking with a reprenstative from your company who told me that I would easily get at least 20 or more customers from your company with a 3000 mailing, but not only that you would, make sure that I would get all kinds of responses from your social media campaign that you would do. So I spent $3300 for your service and had our mailing go out, we got 1 call from your services which also cost me $300 dollars in postage, which you tell me at the onset of mailing my post cards, then one person from your company says I have to keep spending money to keep up with the consistency as you say, so I did, again I did not get any new customers or response from your campaign. I do not care if you have 25 years of business, It did not help my business at all!!!, The sad part is I clearly told Michelle Beamen that I was not happy with your service and I do NOT WANT TO SPEAND ANY MORE MONEY WITH YOU. So that should be the cancelation that you said I did not provide, I told Michelle clearly, DO NOT TAKE ANY MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. Also where is the new contract that I was supposed to sign? I did not get no calls or emails about this new 3 month contract you charged me for. So you guys just take money from peoples account without telling them or without their Knowledge? That is not good. I could of got much better service from other companies at a much. Much better ate, and you should tell people when you’re taking money out of their account?? Don’t you agree??, Oh that is how you been in business for 25 years???

had a mailing of thousands and 1 response. the list was a good list so my thought is are they sending to the entire list? how do you know? called some on the list and they said they never saw the postcard. have never had a mailing with horrible response like this. would not use again. They try to get you to review right away before your experience, I would wait. The staff is pretty nice, but lots of $$ with no return. would never review until months later you are reviewing the outcome not the staff. Viewed some returns, the labeling looked like a child did it, missing punctuations, not professional looking in labeling. so very disappointed. Please DO NOT use this company save yourself the $$. Update 8-16-23 its been enough time to receive some responses and still 1 response. Take it from me, something is up as thousands of cards to legit addresses should have resulted in more responses. Response to Postcardmaina, no thank you, I know the results, waste of money wont do again. my proof was in the results and those who did not receive cards they should have, no proof what was actually sent but proof they were not received.

Terrible list 1/2 came back first time, modified list and a lot came back second time. Customer service promised refund but did not give credit or refund! Poor communications contacted President who did not bother to respond! Did not get one single response from mailing. Thats never happened in 70 years of us doing mailings! Very poor response and communications with PotcardMania!

The choice to use Post Card Mania for my marketing will go down as one of the most expensive wastes of time I will ever deploy in my business. When I first reached out to them, I asked very specific questions about whether or not this type of campaign would be a good fit for my industry and was assured that they had had great success with situations just like mine, with a campaign just like they recommended. $5500 later I received 3 PHONE CALLS (one from my own number, one from the company itself) and 2 web leads (both from the company itself). I was talked into the fact that the best way to see success would be a longer duration campaign to more people. MY MISTAKE. I'm not a professional marketer, so I trusted them to be. The amount of disappointment I have from using this service is enormous. I'm actually shocked at how many good reviews they have.
McKinley is awesome and always available to answer my questions.

Thank you to Chris my initial contact and to Linda my account manager and the whole design team especially Mali who got it right the second try by using the pictures I gave them and following my instructions on what I wanted for my post cards. It turned out better than I ever could have expected or imagined in a short amount of time.

The very important, one-time postcard mailing, I trusted Postcardmania to handle for our small business, was mailed three days later than promised, which means the recipients won’t get them in time. A significant investment was made to obtain the mailing list used and to attend the event being promoted in the mailing, so the postcards going out late is a huge problem and a significant disappointment. The delay appears to be the result of over committing to a tight timeline and quality control issues with the mailing list. The printing costs were refunded as a result of the delay.

This company loses sight of the original goal and pressures you to get into a much more expensive program. My original desire was to send post cards to people in my immediate area, but they totally ignored me then sent me the addresses while I was on vacation and didn’t have time to review on my computer. I had made my goal clear, but by the time it was passed down through the system, no one knew what my original plan was. The digital campaign is very sketchy and I wasn’t sure it reached real people. It’s way too expensive for zero results. I am sick that I wasted so much money with this company.

I was searching for a company to do some online marketing and Postcardmania came up in the search engines. After speaking with them the convinced me that the online marketing in conjunction with postcards would greatly enhance my returns, so I contracted with them. Eight weeks into the campaign I had ZERO leads back, and demanded that they give me a listing of their online marketing efforts in my behalf. I was then told that they had not done any online marketing, and that If I wanted to do so it would cost me another $880 to do what I had contracted them to do in the first place. I refused and demanded my money back; they refused, so I sent them a demand letter threatening to sue. I got 75% of my $4000 back, but the real cost to me was I lost thousands of dollars by having no online marketing for 8 weeks. If you want to just send generic postcards out maybe they are OK, but anything else they simply fail to perform. Beware of the promises of this company.

I did not like the initial design and requested a complete redesign. I was very pleased with the redesign and excited to get it out. Initially when I spoke with them I was told postage was face value, the cost of the route per usps, and that I had to send to entire route. Brand new business I am very conscious with what we spend so I did the research and found the route to be $70 cheaper. That was just one route. I also found out via USPS that it only required to send 200 pieces. The route was close to 900 pieces however living in a resort area only about 500 homes are occupied during the winter months. So there was no need to send the entire route. After calling back and speaking with postcard mania they changed their story told me if that is all I wanted to send I could. I asked them to please address the cards to local postal customer as this is what the USPS told me and is on their site. They told me they couldn't they had to have some other information on there. Once again did the research and found that it only needed to say Local Postal Customer. Once I received the cards the indica in the corner had been XXX out and I know have to have that fixed. So I guess I will have stickers correcting all of this on my professionally printed cards. All 6k of them. That will look pretty crappy going out to potential customers if you ask me. Not displeased with the cards displeased with the information I have been given only to find out that wasn't the story and costing way more than it should. I would have understood if they had been transparent from the beginning but telling me something that I found to be different does not create a trust worthy relationship with your clients.
