Excellent location for a holiday and fantastic cottage. Much loss experienced due to this pandemic, including some holidays, but was great to get the chance to stay at Portmeirion; an advantage of staycations.

I ordered Christmas tree crockery and was very excited to receive these very promptly. However, some of the pieces appear more like seconds, particularly the out of place green rims on the dinner plates. Sad to say the customer service wasn't great. Communication unclear and very slow (my last email was not answered in almost 2 weeks. I emailed again and got a reply). Very disappointing experience and it could have been rectified simply and I would have been a happy customer. Shame :-(

We paid £65 as a family to enter Portmeirion, and was immediately abused and talked down too, by the most horrible bunch of ignorant uncustomer friendly vile catering staff that we have ever had the misfortune to encounter anywhere in our travels around the world...
From the welsh speaking nasty vile female, and bad attitude little weasel faced male that served us Ice cream .. to the harsh speaking female in the takeaway restaurant ... if restaurant is what it can be called...
We have been visiting Portmeirion every few years for the last 35 years... and we have watched as it has gone through a lot of changes through those years, But in all that time... we have never encountered such nasty and uncalled for snobbishness and rudeness..

With entry, food and purchases, we spent as a family, over £200 ... let me now tell you that we will never set foot in the place ever again, and to you, any potential customer not to bother, as the place has now lost its way as an public attraction, this being caused by the horrible nasty personal it now employs...

Stunningly good experience. Ordered a fair number of dishes and cups from their factory seconds range.

Ordered late 22/3, shipped 23/3, arrived early 24/3 - all during the Coronavirus lockdown in the UK.

Arrived via DPD from England to Northern Ireland without a hitch.

One of the bowls was chipped, so followed the instructions to send a photo and order number to their email. 80 minutes later, the replacement was on it’s way.

Probably the single best online customer service and shipping we’ve experienced in the UK.

I have now placed two orders with this Company. I needed to telephone and email as one delivery was to France and Rachel who dealt with the order was both professional and charming. Thank you.

I sent a request to amend my order within 24 hours of placing the initial order, but they have ignored my message and dispatched the wrong order 2 days later. When I complained, they refused to assist me, leaving me with a cost of cancellation and stress over this pre Christmas period. I will never use their service again.
