Swift response to my enquiry. Gentleman listened to my needs and my concerns explained what my finances could afford. Gave me time to digest the information rang me back at a good time for myself enabling me to think with no pressure if this product is good for me. I then decided to buy the product was then put in touch with a colleague who then with easy completed application keeping me informed each step of the way. Arranged a time to ring after I had received appropriate paperwork went through question again making sure they're correct and still giving me the control. A pleasant experience even thou a difficult product. Excellent company.
