Ordered boiler Monday, delivered Wednesday, contacted to let me know when delivery would be, did not have to wait in all day as I usually do for deliveries.

I needed a part for a gas fire. I was told by Broitish Gas that iit was not available as the fire was an old fire. I rang plumbtraders who found the part on their system and I received it the day after I phoned. Well Done

Excellent service for a replacement boiler fan. Plumbtraders was the cheapest online outlet (and 60% of the cost of local stores) and the delivery was next day (and reasonable cost) too. Excellent service!

I order a tap set on the Tuesday morning and it arrived in the post the next day. The prompt emails informed of when it would be delivered and they were spot on. Very happy with the service and will use Plumb Traders again.

This was my first experience of buying from Plumbtraders and I was very pleasantly surprised. Having placed my order online I realised I would not be able to get the goods delivered to another address from my billing address. No problem, a quick phone call to Plumbtraders and it was arranged for the goods to be available at a nearby suppliers the next day. At 9:30 the next morning I rang the suppliers who confirmed the goods had arrived and were ready for collection. First class !. Thank you to all concerned.

Ordered a new Boiler Monday morning by phone and the Boiler arrived by lunchtime the very next day.
Can't ask for better service, both the phone operator and deliveryd guy were helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The staff at the Lewisham depot refused to help me lift the heavy item into my car.

Order taken and confirmed, order delivery date emailed and delivery details confirmed product arrived perfect condition and price was lowest i could find online brilliant!

we haven't unpacked our radiators yet as we have other jobs to complete still before we fit them. however I found plumbtraders offered excellent customer service. The order had to come in two deliveries, the came as advised and the driver was very helpful placing the radiators in a safe place as I couldn't lift them.
