Ordered a part on Monday and it came the next day, excellent service and great prices

Ordered parts and realised straight away they were incorrect. Cancelled next day without goods being shipped. Waiting for refund more than a month later. Very difficult to get on the phone. Would not recommend this company!

Order never arrived emails and phone calls, at first said they where sorting it out, still did not arrive contacted them again no reply to emails and no pick up on calls. In the end i had to ask my bank to step in received full refund, STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!

Really good service, cheapest online, the person on the phone was very helpful and polite and as promised we recieved next day delivery. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a part, paid for express delivery. 2 weeks later the wrong part arrived.

It is a scam site. They sent me a wrong part and it is impossibile to contact them in any way (email, phone or whatsup listed on their site). I returned the pump to their return address but no response or refund since then recieved. Don't waste your money and time.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Scam company!!! Order never received, they promised a full refund, I never got it, they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails,

I was sent the wrong part over 2 months ago. Despite numerous emails and phone calls. I have still not resolved the situation. They avoid answering the phone similarly they ignore any emails sent. A person called Hannah has responded twice in all this time promising to sort it out no to no avail. I have since asked for my money back which has not been forthcoming.
It appears they believe they can ride ‘rough shod’ over the laws and rules governing internet trading. I have now written to trading standards and my bank to retrieve my money.
Deal with this Company at your peril!

Had a nightmare with a flexigas order via this seller however it did sound like the issue was at Flexigas who fulfil the order rather than this supplier. I did struggle to reach them by phone and my email went to spam but seemed to get sorted eventually.

Awful company, go elsewhere…. Any review telling you they managed to gain a response from this company is a work of fiction. Ordered parts, waited several weeks for my 1-2 day delivery to receive a package with missing parts and wrong sizes. Still no response to email, WhatsApp and they don’t answer the phone or return calls to messages left so will be going back to the credit card company to gain refund

Well prepared and well organised company ordered goods coming to the total of £200 and got my complete order the very next day I had a follow up call to make sure I had my items and that they was correct the customer service was outstanding brilliant company I will definitely be using them again keep up the great work

Ordered £165 pounds worth of goods in August on a 1to2 day delivery and never received a acknowledgement email or received the goods ,they never answer the phones I've asked for a refund but no reply .Would not recommend anybody doing business with this company. It's now in the hands of Barclay card to retrieve my funds.

I tried to return an item, was not able to contact them in any way. They will not respond to emails or telephone calls. Not sure if this is a real company.
