Exchange rate is good but very slow…
Exchange rate is good but very slow service and complicated. It should be simple ,easy and fast. I use Taptap and it is really super fast, within 2 to 3 minutes they can send money.

Feed back on Software, Exchange Rate and Duration
Several times the features or the software automation is available only on Mobile but not on web. Many times the solution to add a receiver is to use Mobile and it fails on computer/laptop. Now a days the excahnge rate for India is less on comparision to competitors. Other competitors are not only giving better exchange rate, they are also faster than Placid.
