Transfer Fees on Placid Express
I wanted to share my recent experience with the platform. I noticed that, for a short period, I was able to send money to Bangladesh without any transfer fees. However, I recently observed that a fee of $1.99 is being applied again.
Considering that some other money transfer services continue to offer free transfers, I was wondering if the management could look into this matter. It would be great if Placid Express could provide more competitive options or clarify any changes in the fee structure.

Absolutely terrible customer service reps, can’t talk properly/clearly. Also they make it difficult to switch recipient bank account of same person, calling randomly asking verifications several times. Been using Placid for over 10 years seems like their customer service declined rapidly

Money didn't go on time as promised
Money didn't go on time as promised. Also the dollar exchange rate was much less than what competitors offered ( 118BDT vs 125BDT) spot cash. Refund/cancelation can take upto 5-days which is ridiculous, should be within 24-hours maximum.

I like to use placid express because I feel it’s secured to use and it’s send the money quickly also. It will be better if they work on rate . It always gives little less money than other money exchanges company which I know of.
