I really like there cycling clothing so thought I’d try an order. I received a 10% discount on my 1st (nice but fairly standard these days). I bought a gilet, winter jacket and long bib tights using their size chart. All went well with good coms from them and dhl until I was notified I’d need to pay additional import tax duty which amounted to a further £87 ! At this point their pricing is in the very expensive club, disappointing but Ok.
My goods arrived in good time and I tried on but the tops were too small so I reached out to Pissei to see if I could have and exchange and avoid further taxes to which I received a blunt no.
Not sure how they think they will succeed in the uk market with these import taxes and poor customer service?

Ho acquistato un completo invernale dando per scontato l’affidabilità dell’azienda ma dopo aver letto le recensioni ero un pó preoccupato.
Tuttavia arrivato tutto in tempi brevi e la merce di alta qualità veramente contento acquisteró sicuramente ancora da loro.

Après avoir passé une commande, le suivi m'informe de la livraison au domicile alors que je n'ai rien reçu.
De plus, mes différents messages répétés sont restés sans réponse de la part de ce site.
Logiquement, je ne peux que conseiller de fuir et de ne rien acheter

I have ordered almost 2 month cycling clothes from pissei. I followed up with them. First they told me that the cloth was shipped. Then they told me that during transit the cloth was stolen. They offered me to resend it again to then come up that it was sold out. They told me that they would refund me which has not happened. Since then they would not answer anymore on email. Absolutely a scam. Be super aware

Service client inexistant, déplorable et fermé au dialogue. Refus catégorique de tout échange, même pour une simple erreur de taille – un minimum de bon sens, apparemment, c’est trop demander. Aucun effort, aucun geste commercial, aucune humanité. Une honte pour une boutique censée représenter les valeurs du cyclisme. Ici, c’est rigide, froid, méprisant. On vous encaisse, puis plus rien. Achetez ailleurs si vous tenez à votre argent, votre temps et vos nerfs. Expérience lamentable.

The Product was not satisfying so I sent it back. They refused me Refunding because of outrageous made-up Excuses as well as refusing to send me back my Article that I have paid a lot of Money for! They required me to send a Curier at my own Expense to pick it up at their Facility. Horrific Customer Service. Never again!

Ordered some items from the onlineshop, delivery was fast and the clothings looks fine. Items didn´t fit as I was hoping, so I got on the phone asking about options and further proceedings. I was greeted with a customer service lady who was directly very impatient, snappy and wouldn´t let me finish one sentence. Not a pleasent call at all. This is truely not how customer service works.

Excellent quality, way better than maap or other good brand, delivery to Poland 5 days without any issues.

I ordered the whole outfit and I am really impressed, even the socks for 15 eur are of extremely good quality. These days you rarely get something better than you expected

Liked their stuff so did a test order to size up. Order came to €54 but was charged £54. The first order discount code did not work.
I was refunded promptly and courteously but would have cost 30% more than advertised.

Fatto un'ordine per un regalo di Natale, richiesto telefonicamente informazioni sulla spedizione e mi hanno liquidato in modo abbastanza scocciato dicendomi che riceverò il tracking quando partirà la merce dal magazzino....quindi nessuna certezza di avere la merce per Natale, pessimi nella gestione del cliente.MAI PIU'!

Ho ordinato un pantaloncino per il mio compagno il 13 agosto,ad oggi non è stato nemmeno spedito. Mi era successa la stessa cosa con una maglia pissei uae spedita dopo un mese..non lo trovo corretto

Promettono la spedizione in 3 giorni e poi passa un mese e devi aspettare. Ordinato un pantaloncino il 10 agosto ma al 21 non è stato spedito. Stessa cosa con una maglia uae pissei arrivata dopo un mese. Pessimi.

Leurs cussiards sont de très bonne qualité (peu de coutures et confortables) et à un excellent rapport qualité/prix quand on voit ce qui se fait sur le marché. Le gros bémol c'est leur service après-vente et leurs conditions de retour. Je n'ai pas été informée que mon colis avait été livré à une autre adresse en mon absence, quand j'ai fini par le récupérer la deadline de 14 jours de droit de retour r était passée (oui 14 jours ...!) et même pour un échange Pissei n'a rien voulu savoir et m'a refusé le retour, soit-disant parce que leur système ne l'autorisait pas.quel manque de flexibilité! Bref soyez reactifs et sûrs de votre choix si vous commandez chez eux. Pour moi ca sera la dernière à cause de cette mauvaise expérience

Je commande un produit, bien sûre le temps de livraison promis n’est pas respecté, je les contacts pour savoir pourquoi ma commande n’a pas expédié est comme par hasard le soir meme je reçois un message comme quoi ma commande à était expédiée.

De plus je viens de la recevoir et ce n’est meme pas la bonne taille, alors on me propose un remboursement sauf que je souhaite avoir mon artcile (qui est une édition limité et qui n’est plus dispo sur le site) dans la bonne taille.
Mais c’est impossible pour eux.
Ils ne sont pas pros et veulent faire trop de choses a la fois. Ils sont complètement dépassés

E' da ormai 1 anno che acquisto sul sito on line della Pissei e oltre ad avere degli ottimi capi sono velocissimi sulle consegne e sono anche velocissimi a rispondere se ci sono eventuali problemi. Consiglio.

Ordinati due prodotti promettono la spedizione in 3 giorni e dopo 5 ancora non hanno spedito (spedito non consegnato) nulla, se non sono in grado di vendere online meglio lascino perdere e continuino con i negozi fisici. Dalla spagna dall'ordine alla consegna in 3 giorni e' arrivato tutto la differenza tra ptofessionisti e dilettanti

Ho comprato una maglia estiva prima pelle dal Vs rivenditore di grottaglie , dopo averla usata due volte di è rotta la cerniera , si è smagliata . Mi dispiace non infossarla più anche perché costa tanto. Chiedo che vengo contattato al più presto per farmi risolvere questo problema.
