Cannot fault Pink Moon. The service they provide is just amazing. The staff were all really helpful and friendly from the start of our visit until we left. The tents (Harvest Moon) were really comfortable. Could do with a couple of hooks for jackets after being in the rain ha ha!!

As soon as you leave a shower there was a staff member to clean it for the next guest, similar with the toilets. The pamper area was amazing and much appreciated.

The security onsite made us feel extremely safe!

Just an amazing all over experience!! Would highly recommend!!!

EP 2025 - UNDER THE STARS
The staff were very accommodating and friendly as usual. Toilets / showers were kept clean and checking in was easy.

Breakfast was very slow on the first day.(Yes, we had breakfast included but paid a lot for it! :) Definitely a lot more tents / less space between them this year which I guess is just a commercial decision.

I stayed in Under the Stars at EP 25 - a beautiful setting, under the trees and very close to the main arena. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, they went above and beyond. The tents are great, everything clean. Lovely seating area with couches, to socialise and rest the weary legs. Major plus - clean toilets and showers with hot water. Only down side was that the breakfast wasn't great and the bedding was damp because of the weather (condensation) - they did say they would check and replace them if needed, but they weren't changed. But it really was a positive experience - as I said, staff were great, friendly and knowledgable, they provided transfers in a buggy, helped with luggage, provided clean towels, provided plasters and antiseptic wipes, and more, when needed. It is pricey, but I would highly highly recommend.

Fantastic facilities which were kept as clean as possible and all staff were very friendly and helpful 😊
Some of the tents could do with being replaced and maybe a couple more food/coffee vendors.

This is our 4th year staying with pink moon and 3rd year in under the stars! Staff couldn’t be more helpful! Toilets and showers were attended so frequently. Check in process was seamless. Breakfast on sat morn was a bit slow but the team tried their best and checked in with all guests to make sure they were okay and had made improvements for next morning. Would absolute reccommend and will be back next year

Just back from Electric Picnic after glamping with Pink Moon and I will never go back to general camping again. The tents were fab and the facilities in the campsite were amazing - charging facilities, hot showers, clean toilets and an area to dry/straighten hair etc. Will definitely be booking again for next year!

Toilets, staff and tent where brilliant

One downside the breakfast in the morning because the hours where shorten people where rushing to get there by 11 cause big ques put the staff under pressure. By extending by 1 hour queues would probably be not as bad.

Great service onsite. Felt very safe and the quality of the tent was fabulous. Having a hot breakfast was a god send. The location was just minutes from the arena. The toilets and showers were spotless and constantly serviced, I would highly recommend Under The Stars Campsite,

Great weekend. I stayed in Under the Stars. Tent & bedding were really good and I slept well each night - giving the eye mask and ear plugs definitely helped. Breakfast was good but a bit disorganised on the first day - I feel like the same mistakes as last year were repeated but it was much better on the second and third mornings. Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout

The Under The Stars site at Electric Picnic 2025 was a wonderful place in an excellent location on site and with great amenities. The lounge area was particularly comfortable and we spent some quality time there recuperating between acts. The 30 minute+ breakfast queues were probably avoidable with a more practical layout of the food options/serving. The water pressure in the showers was sometimes poor too. Small complaints ultimately but with it being the most expensive site available comes high expectations. Thanks for a great experience.

Firs time using Pink Moon. The Under the Stars at Electric Picnic 2025 was fab. Great setup. Staff were amazing and super friendly. Hats off to them. They work hard. Tent great. Toilets and showers spot on. Breakfast super. Highly recommend.

Tent was located in a great location, however the toilets and showers could have been cleaner.

Class experience, brilliant services. Breakfast and proper beds a real treat. Glamping right beside main arena.

Pink Moon is the only way to do Electric Picnic.

Have stayed at Pink Moon at Electric Picnic for many years now but this was the first time staying in Silk Road/Harvest Moon, we usually stay in Moonlight Meadows. While the overall vibe and energy of the festival was as magical as ever, our accommodation in the Silk Road tents was only ok compared to other years. We’d previously stayed in Moonlight Meadows, which was noticeably better in terms of facilities, food options, and shower access. Silk Road felt like a step down—especially considering the expectations set by the advertising. The beds were just blow-up mattresses on the floor, not actual raised beds as described, which was disappointing. Our 4-person tent was also quite cramped, especially compared to friends of ours who had the same tent type but far more space. That said, the location of Silk Road to the main stage was brilliant—super convenient and made popping back during the day/night really easy. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great, so it wasn’t all bad. Just a few tweaks to the tent setup and clearer advertising would make a big difference. Still love Pink Moon and will definitely be back—just might opt for Moonlight Meadows again next time!

Can’t recommend pink moon enough! Emails with queries prior to the event were responded to in a prompt manner. Services were amazing too! Worth the money. Excellent service.

Everything was exactly as described on the website. Tent (deluxe lotus belle) was spotless when we arrived and the beds, duvets and mattresses were so comfy-just what was needed when we got back late, cold and tired! Only thing missing which would have been nice (specially because of all the wet rain gear) was a couple of hanging hooks. And maybe more options on the breakfast menu... But overall, fabulous. Really clean bathroom facilities, hot showers, and of course the pamper parlour with Dyson hairdryers was much used! Definitely takes the pain out of camping!
