I think is time for me to voice out. Everytime I sent money I have to call ,they will say oooh is your bank meanwhile I also use other agents after them and the transaction went well instantly. 2-8-19 I made a transfer to my own personal account at zenith 9:30am, it says transaction completed.i got receipt and text message as a confirmation.but when I login to my account the fund is not there, I called after waiting for 5hrs they said it ur bank as usual. I went to another agent to sent another money which I don’t intend to cos I figure they will giving same excuse .now is 9:07pm still didn’t get the money in my account but the other one went through.please I beg you to save yourself stress.dont use them again.this is my last time ..Everything that have to do with Nigeria and is always problem compare to other civilized countries.NO MORE PING EXPRESS FOR ME

Avoid them if you really can. While it's not my thing to bash businesses, I feel obligated not to allow someone else go through the needless hassle that I went through. That being said, the first point of note is that transaction you perform through this platform will never be finalized without your intervention -- don't expect a seamless activity that is devoid of human bottlenecks. You submit a transaction, money is deducted from your bank account (debit card) yet the transaction will be pending. Then, you will need to call to finalize the transaction and always expect an excuse from them. The online assistants respond like bots -- sending you pre-written generic messages. The one I spoke with on the phone sounded as if she was doing me a favour by using their service. Businesses need clients. If you don't treat me fairly, I'll move somewhere else where I'd get a better treatment.

Very horrible customer service, sent money and it was held for over 24 hrs for fleamsy reasons. I still don’t have my money. Horrible service

I sent money to Nigeria First Bank on Friday 10-Aug-2018 till today
14-Aug-2018 money has not been deposited into the First Bank account, its been one excuse and reasons after the other.
There has been situation in the past that processing takes 2-4 hrs, but this is just unbelievable. Its really sad!!!!
