If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Ordered a pillow back in 5/2021– never received any email confirmation or contact from the company, but the money was taken from my card immediately. No pillow has arrived as of 9/2021. I have regularly tried to contact the company in the past few months via Facebook, email, phone, etc. and have received no response. Do not order from this company.

Lousy customer service and an absolute…

Lousy customer service and an absolute rip off. Wish I’d read the reviews first ...which I usually do.

The wedge pillow came on time. Terrible quality and no inner wrapping of pillow. It was also far too big and hard.

Tried to return it. Am still waiting for the alleged problem getting a Hermes return label to me. That’s absolute rubbish.

They reimbursed half the price of £20. Wait for it ....on Amazon they are under half the price. Wouldn’t shop here again if you paid me!

I ordered a pillow and 2 pillow…got the pillow and not the casings

I ordered a pillow and 2 pillow casings. It took a couple of weeks to receive the pillow. I realize that manufacturing and shipping have been impacted by corona virus. However it does not have to impede providing quality customer service.
Since placing my order last month, this week I have left several messages and sent an email inquiring about the estimated date of arrival for the remainder of my order. No response.
Companies that have answering machines that accept voice messages but never call back are suspect. As a small business owner, working 3 days per week, calls are returned within 48 hours. I like what the other lady said about their product being very good but avoid the administrative headache and buy from a company that has quality customer service.
From now own, before placing an online order, I am going to call the company first. Depending on that encounter (speak to a human or a machine), that will determine my placing the order.

The products are of excellent quality

The products are of excellent quality. They would get five stars if they communicated a little better. If the product will be late then send the customer an email. Or better yet, when they place the order send an email right away and let us know expected eta. I will wait a long time for something that's worth it, I just need to be told. Overall, worth the money and time.

Lousy customer service

I placed an order for a queen size mattress topper. I received a king size. There was no information included about returns. I called and was on hold for an hour before it cut me off without speaking to anyone. I left a voicemail mail with no response I sent an email. No response. I was able to talk to a sales person but they said I had to contact customer service. Good luck with that. They had no problem taking my money. Now I have a $300 mattress topper I can’t use

After ordering my pillows and seeing my check had cleared I expected my order to be delivered there after. After several emails and phone calls to a voice mail with no after contact I was fed up with Pillowcompany. I finally received an email from customer service expanding the delay in my order. Suggestion: when there's a delay in an order being delivered because of a material delay, have customer service notify the customer. My order was 50% delivered but the company did send a replacement product until my second pillow gets processed. Its been 2 weeks and still no second pillow. Your product gets a 5 star, your customer service gets a 2 star. Thus the 3 star rating.

Worth the Wait

Ok, there is a wait to get your pillow but it is so very worth it when it comes! Best pillow ever! I just love my pillow. Removed some of the organic material and customized it just the way I wanted it. Be patient!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware.
Almost a month after I ordered one measly pillow from this company, I had yet to receive anything other than a "thank you for your order" email. No shipping notification, nothing.

I called the company--no answer, ever.
I emailed the company--no reply.

Then I googled the pillow company and found out that I would be lucky if I got a pillow at all; sometimes orders took months, or never arrived at all. No one was happy.

So... I cancelled the order through my bank, and lo and behold, ONE DAY after that, I got a Fedex notice that my order had shipped.

Yes, I got the pillow. Along with a ream of apologies and a gift certificate that is only good if I call my next order in. What good is that when no one answers the phone? Either this is a small company that has too many irons in the fire, or it's a scam.

The pillow is fine, but if you're looking for specialty pillows, save yourself the administrative headache and order from a more reputable company.

I love the buckwheat pillows from…

I love the buckwheat pillows from Pillowcompany. I bought 2 a few years ago and they are holding up great so I just bought two more for the guest room. Keep in mind that production is sometimes delayed by availability of materials, so you may have to be a bit patient but it's worth it.

Good product, bad company

I need to separate this review into three pieces: the company (0 stars), the sizing (1-star), and the product itself (5-stars).

The Company - Zero stars
1. I ordered two Queen-size pillows ($150) on June 15, received order confirmation on June 16, and was charged on June 17. All normal. By July, i still had not received my pillows, so i tried email, website form, and calling (July 2, 15, 17, 22, 23, and 25). I never got any response, even if i left a message on the phone. I also never talked to a human, I only ever got the answering machine. On August 1, I called my bank and initiated fraud proceedings. On August 2, I received an email from FedEx that *something* was being shipped to me from Arizona, and received the package August 9 (it was indeed the pillows), almost two months late. I still have not had any communication with the company itself, though i've cancelled the fraud proceedings.

The Sizing - One star
2. I ordered Queen-size pillows, and that's what was marked in the packaging. However, they fit perfectly into normal-size pillowcases, so either the sizing is wrong or they sent me incorrect pillows while marking them correctly. Either way, be careful of the sizing. I don't want normal-size pillows but I also don't want to return these and wait another two months for replacements.

The Product - Five stars
3. The pillows themselves seem fine (i've had them for a couple nights now). My issues with standard pillows (crunched shoulder, neck pain) aren't occurring, and based on the filling i don't expect they will. I've not given much time for issues to manifest but I don't expect any.

They included a $20 gift certificate with the pillows, so maybe if i put in another order now, i'll receive it by Christmas.
