0/10 Rudest staff I have ever encountered. Ruined the experience. Stayed for a weekend at Piaule and was met with the most condescending and rude staff member, who claimed to be the property manager. I had one of the conjoining cabins booked together. Because of a work situation, I needed a late checkout. I stayed in the room to work until the staff banged on my door to chase me out in the rudest possible way. I explained the situation and accepted there will be a late check out fee after he explained it to me. After packing up and leaving after 10 mins I was told by the front desk receptionist at check out that the late check out fee will be applied to both cabins because we booked them together. The staff member came back to the front desk and reneged, charging us twice (total was more than the nightly rate). When I tried to engage him in conversation, he brushed me off, not only giving me the cold shoulder but very clearly was intentionally trying to give us a hard time. Hard to believe that a place that brands itself as a luxury retreat to nature and relaxation can have such bad service and rude staff. Would give 0 stars for the service if I could. Honestly ruined Piaule for me
