Bought one of the Scruffs Windsor box beds which was delivered today,
I have to say I’m appalled by what I’ve received. The only nice thing about the bed is the fabric.
The bed looks nothing like in the photographs for the adverts where the bed is plump and well stuffed and solid looking.
The one I have received looks half stuffed and the edges are collapsing because they’re not firm enough.
I spent a week looking for a good dog bed and it was the photographs of the bed that sold this for me.
Very deceiving as photographs are part of the description of an item.
Would definitely not recommend Scruffs dog beds.

we ordered a replacement bed COVER for our dog 70X 100 brown Chateau. What arrived was new bed, called Chester 80x 60 incredibly thin and completely the wrong product , wrong size, poor quality . When we tried to contact the company, phone lines down due to COVID... WHY !!!! on line chat not available. No receipt with the order. It beggars belief that they can get this so wrong so many times

Fast efficient service. Lovely comfortable bed for my dog. Good value

5 stars and more for sorting out an issue. One phone call, where staff listened, asked questions and requested I returned goods. A no quibble replacement was received within days.

The items are of great quality and arrived in one piece (which is more than I can say for another company I ordered bowls from). Great size and good value for money.

Viewed the website , saw the item require as it was similar to a previous purchase , with which we were extremely satisfied ( and which met with our dog’s approval) and purchased the item.

We ordered a dog bed from Pets Love Scruffs and were very pleased that we didn't have to pay postage. The description was good and measurements were given (which always helps).
The bed arrived really quickly and was as described. Excellent service.

Great bed for my Weimarana. Seems good quality bought the large one but could of done with ex large however it’s stretched out now and I’ve added another cushion as I felt it was not quiet deep enough.

Such a shame contact is so difficult.I ordered a dog bowl, paid for next day delivery and although delivery was on time. It was the wrong bowl.

The delivery note was correct, so a picking error. It happens and providing you can sort, no problem. However "due to Covid 19" they are not accepting calls and the live chat isn't working.

Which leaves email with a maximum three days response time...

I will buy an alternative, and will not shop here again. Very dissatisfied.

Three days later and still no reply to my email. Live chat is still not "live". Looks like I will have to wait for a few more days and request a chargeback from my card company.

Thanks for the reply. However, if there is no option for a phone call or chat, then surely responding to mail should be a priority?

Thank-you for the refund but I wpuld far sooner have resolved things as the problem was apparent. As per my earlier comment it is how problems are resolved more than complaining about a picking error.

Finally, dare I suggest accepting phone calls rather than using Covid as an excuse. It would have allowed me to return/replace the same day.

Good experience all round. Website easy to use and order, great products and fast delivery. The shallow dishes I bought are great for cats as they avoid whisker fatigue being so shallow.

Dog bed cover purchased as a spare. Quality just as good as the original bed.
