Ordered some dry dog food (Orijen). It was delivered promptly, unfortunately the outer bag was damaged and also the bag containing the dog food. Contacted Pet Planet early afternoon and Kirsty was extremely apologetic and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out by express delivery, which I received the next day. Truly excellent customer service with products at competitive prices. Thank you

Pet planet are a great company , there was what I believe to be a manufacturing fault .
Pet planet sorted this very promptly and had great customer service.

Ordered through Amazon, turned up three days late, left unattended in front garden at 9.00pm. A true hamp it and dump it company. Refused to refund me. Disgraceful service.

The food is great quality and the service was perfect

Kitty friend litter from PetPlanet. 10/10 on everything. I have used this cat litter for the passed 6months having used the so-called best for 1year This is the best cat litter by far. The smell control is very good. I clean the solid out all the time so not much smell. Total litter change every week. Pet Planet are excellent suppliers always delivering on time and correctly packaged to delivery company so nothing arrives damaged.

My delivery was delivered by the local courier to another address and could not be retrieved. Pet Planet were fantastic about this and arranged for me to have a next day delivery of the missing items. They certainly have my loyalty now.

Good prices, though I have yet to receive the order so I cannot comment on the products.

So far, what let's this company down, is their courier service. Yodel sucks big fat donkey balls and everyone knows it. Any self-respecting large business are doing themselves and their customers a huge disservice by choosing Yodel! I didn't pay postage fees for such a long delivery wait.

UPDATE
OK so I placed and paid for the order nearly a week ago, later that day PetPlanet marked my order as dispatched (which generally means it's on it's way?!) and gave me a Yodel tracking number.

2 days later Yodel tracking had no record of that tracking number. Another 2 days later Petplanet had marked my order as "shipped" (same as dispatched isn't it?!)

Today Yodel tracking is telling me the order is still with the sender!

What with the bank holiday coming up, I won't be receiving this order for another few days, if I'm lucky. Hugely disappointing.

What's going on PetPlanet? Totally unacceptable in this day and age. I would've shopped elsewhere had I known delivery would take so long!

Order was eventually delivered and I'm very happy with the products and prices, I shall however think twice before ordering again due to delayed delivery.

Great customer service - my first order with Petplanet and one of the bags of dog food we received was damaged. I received great customer service, my concerns were listened to and a replacement bag was sent out to me express delivery. Communication was prompt, as was the resolution. Having had to battle with other suppliers previously with the same issue (damaged / poor quality food received for my dogs), this was a refreshing change! Hence I will continue to use and recommend Petplanet for my dogs' food (and the other supplier lost my trust and my custom).

Bought Samylin for my dog for liver issues, found to be the cheapest and a quick turn around.

I had my usual delivery of dog food and found one of the bags was missing, I sent an email at the weekend and by late Monday it was sorted and being sent to me. The customer service has been very good and with friendly conversation

1st time order for 12kg of simpsons dog food on 15th April. This was to be delivered in 3 working days. I have now waited 9 working days. Spoke to Shona (who was nice and polite) on the 22nd, order was not processed till 17th ? And though I live 50 mile away, I was told it goes via England? Iv called again today only for their offices to be closed. I'm not at all happy with this service and come Monday will be requiring a refund. Using Evri as the courier is also another bad point. I now have to source much needed ( after 2 weeks of waiting) food elsewhere. Certainly wont be using again

I've ordered from Pet Planet twice now, they do good prices on bunny toys. My first order was great with no issues. Most of my second order was good, however a few of the items such as the wooden balls and willow sticks had started to grow a bit of mould, this is unfortunate but it also happened when I then ordered the same thing from elsewhere so I believe this may have been a problem with the brand. Pet Planet have assured me that they will be checking the products.
The customer service was just so good! I filled in an online form for a return and after a few days I called them because I thought they hadn't responded. They answered the phone so quickly and were so friendly and helpful and politely pointed out that it was in my junk folder (each email reply went into my junk so I recommend checking it regularly if you contact them). I spoke with both Kirsty and Shona through my return process and they were both great! It's a shame about the items but this also happened else where and my refund is now being processed so I've given a 5 star review because the customer service was amazing and I would still order again in the future.

Package arrived damaged and the dry food inside also had damaged packaging. EVRI left outside address in the rain.
I contacted pet planet and they were super helpful.
Evri did take a long time to deliver but this isn't pet planets fault and neither was the damage.
Pet planet were quick and efficient in sorting this matter.
I would definitely order from them, again despite the issues, customers service is excellent.

My orders arrive quickly and at a reasonable price. I am very glad this company stocks the catit pea husk litter as it can’t be beaten. I am a regular customer and will remain one. They respond well to queries.

I place an order regularly for dog food and other doggy items. I'm able to take advantage of multiple buy offers. Ordering is quick and easy and free delivery usually arrives sooner than expected. I appreciatebeing able to have these bulky items delivered.
