The quality of their leather goods is outstanding rivaling even the likes of renowned brands like Hermes. The leather is exceptionally soft, comfortable, and supple making the leash and harness a pleasure to use. What really sets them apart is the finishing - it's meticulous and exudes luxury. Avoid avoid avoid
Completely agree with the other reviews on this site and wish I read them before ordering. Their sizing guide is completely off and you will have to arrange for a courier to collect the item and pay £50+ to have it sent back to the Netherlands, all at your own cost and risk. I will never, ever order from this company again and I highly advise to avoid!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT AND DECEPTIVE RETURNS/EXCHANGE PROGRAM.
beware that even tho laugh they advertise that they allow you to exchange items, they’ll charge you a ridiculous shipping fee for 1. The original order 2. The return 3. The shipment of the new item in the exchange.
If you use their horrible size guide which will deliberately make you buy the wrong size so you then have to exchange it, except that you’ll pay around 45€ extra as you have to pay shipping fees every possible time.
On top of these ridiculous policies, the customer service is unresponsive and if they do respond after a week, ridiculously condescending and unhelpful. No one should support a business like this.

Terrible company! Never received the item they kept lying and said it was on the way when it wasn’t.
Then they refunded me but only the product cost not the shipping cost even though I never even got the item. So the £14 postage cost wasn’t refunded!
DO NOT BUY!!!
