My experience with Perfume 4U Tangerine was incredibly disappointing. I bought two '1 million' perfumes, expecting genuine products, but they turned out to be cheap knock-offs with an unpleasant scent. Despite using a credit card for the purchase, they refused the return, insisting on a receipt which I didn't have. Even after District Manager Diana assured me she would look into the matter, she never followed up and disregarded my subsequent calls and texts. This store appears to be operating dubiously, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Local authorities should thoroughly investigate their products and business practices. If you value both your money and time, I urge you to avoid Perfume 4U.

I bought Guess Girl Eau De Toilette from the store in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada! They charged me $68 plus taxes for the perfume! But i found same perfumes for nearly half the price online and at walmart! Why is that? How is that even possible? Is this some sort of scam?

We shopped at the outlet mall in St. Louis.Dee Dee was a fantastic help. greeted us with a smile and her knowledge of the products was bar none. She helped us pick out colognes and informed us of newer and better ones.
Would shop there anytime..

I went to the Allen tx location in the outlet mall the lady was nice and sold me two perfumes for 150 I bought Jimmy choo and daisy marc jacobs . For what I thought was a deal. The testers were amazing but what I actually got were FAKES they both smell like alcohol with a faint weird scent that smell NOTHING LIKE THE REAL PRODUCT. I’m so disgusted !! Do not shop here !!! The receipt says refund or exchange on unopened boxes … they should be sued !!!!!!!!!

Dee Dee was great, had good knowledge of the perfumes and recommeded good selections based on my taste. Was at St. Louis Premium Outlet

If i could give a 0 star I would. I was browsing for a new scent. I walked in and wasn't greeted by the only salesman in the store and I was the only customer in the store. I paused in front of one of the shelf displays to read the sign to not spray or smell the bottle. I was barked at by the man as to read the sign and not smell the bottle but to use the spray stripes . I guess they were present although I never saw them, although i did see an empty basket on the top of the display. I walked around the store looking at the sprays and signage sales behind the display shelves to try to understand the sales/promotions as I wasn't told about the promotions. I continued around the store and was about to leave when I noticed a pretty gift box. I paused for about 30 seconds and the man looked up and asked if I wanted to spray something . Finally I was offered assistance. I asked what the pretty gift box was. He barked what brand it was and said there was one in the display counter in front of me. I walked over to see closer and before I could speak as he was speaking, his finial comment to me was "no answer no respect". I asked him what he said to me? to which he repeated. I said "first of all I was waiting for you to finish speaking" and walked out saying "you should be fired for your attitude". this was at the outlet store in ST. Louis Premium Outlet Chesterfield, MO If this was the manager/ sales person it is sad for the customer and company.

We worked with Carlea at the North Bend outlet store to find the perfect scent. She spent time to ask questions, understand what I loved and what I didn't love. She had me try on many scents...even leave the store wearing a scent I enjoyed in order to ensure I still loved it out in the fresh air...she was AWESOME! Her knowledge base, patience and kindness made the process positive and left me at ease knowing the investment I was making would be one I didn't regret. I absolutely love the scent I went with and would highly recommend working with Carlea to anyone looking to buy a quality perfume that they will love!!

DeeDee was very attentive to our needs. She made great suggestions on best selling perfumes and was very patient as we asked to smell many fragrances before making our final selection. She also ensured to sign us up for our points prior to ringing us out. She has great customer service.

I bought a perfume for my wife and it wasn’t what she wanted. I hadn’t opened it yet, went back to return it as their policy states, and they didn’t give me a return receipt. Didn’t even re insert my card or anything. I’m starting to think they took their product and kept the money. I’m genuinely upset.

I have been very well served with honesty, courtesy & professionalism. Dee Dee is always very helpful and friendly. The Manager Eric goes above and beyond to insure your satisfaction. The store is always neat, clean & welcoming.

Esra at Perfumes4U Ottawa, ON was excellent. I told her what I used to like, and she picked out several to test on paper. We settled on two I should skin-sample on different arms. She encouraged me to leave the store without buying, lol, so that I could properly test the scents. I came back 1/2 hour later and purchased. She was kind and listened to what I was looking for and came up with a great suggestion. Excellent service with no pressure.

Vivian at Gloucester outlet in Blackwood NJ was most helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find the best oil based perfume Called: Luna Piena most beautiful

I want my money back, I was scammed selling fake perfumes, this is a crime and the saleswoman forces you to give a good grade for the service.

I accidentally bought a perfume BVLGARI that later on I found out its a fake because i know that perfume I once used that perfume ever since, the tester that their used is original one but the one they gave me I purchased is different..I am planning to return it but the receipt said exchange and refunds only on unopened items. I am so very disappointed in that store located at 6800 Oxon Hill Rd suite 750..

If you need help finding the perfect perfume Vivian in the outlets is so amazing. She took the time out to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she was extremely personable and friendly. Ill be back to buy more perfumes!!!!
