Don’t bother
Don’t bother. I love these drinks from Waitrose so I ordered 24. They didn’t arrive, I then emailed to ask why the delivery company have said my address is invalid and the reply was. ‘ I can find out where they are being kept and you can pick them up from your local post office’
I paid you to deliver them to my front door. No. Awful brand, totally put me off. Find a different place to order from.
Also the email received is basically illegible.

Rubbish customer service
Bought a pack of 4 drinks where apparently i got the end of the batch so every drink was was thick grainy and undrinkable. Customer services said they were going to send me some more, but have never sent them. Was obviously told this to get rid of me. Wont buy from this company again, a shame as always liked the products before this.

Best matcha out there
This is hands down the best matcha on the market, you can tell it’s top quality in the taste and the bright green lattes it makes🍵 Tried other brands on Amazon before ordering this one and I’ll never go back! Excited to try all the different flavours they’ve got too
Also regularly nab their Juicy Peach energy drinks in Tesco’s - like a sparkling peach iced tea but with a matcha energy boost - beautiful 😍

THE BEST MATCHA! Love that it’s from Japan unlike other fake matcha that is from China etc. Tastes amazing, ceremonial grade. The energy drinks are great too, I have no crashes.
