This company is a hit or miss with their wigs but I must say the shipping is fast and no problems but paying for the product of how much they want is not worth it

Bad communication and shipping

When I ordered this product. It was two weeks before I got any type of email for confirmation. I had to email about the product. They informed me that the product was out of stock. (They didn’t reach out to relay that information until I inquired about it)
Two weeks went by and still no update. Had to reach out again and threaten too cancel. Before getting a confirmation that the product was processed. Communication and shipping is not good. Will not order from them again.

What I ordered verses what I got

I received my wig three days ago. It was black, I ordered a honey gold color. I reached out by email to let them know with pictures including asking how to return and get a refund; and I have yet to get a response. This black wig will not work for me. I want a refund.

Great Alternative for hair Salon

I loved the packaging, the free items, Most of all I Love the Gluess wig it was my first one and it really is ready to wear . Me working 12 hr shifts I don't have a lot of time to make it to the Salon a lot of times, but this Wig was a Great Quick, Alternative for me..

The product is real as advertised, looks the same and very nice and attractive on me.
