Terrible company. 2 weeks on still not received my item. Does not state items are shipped from china despite the company name misrepresenting themselves as a uk company.

Thieves and scammers. Product posted to different address. Seller say not their problem and refused to refund. Customer service is just automated flrespomd system.

Don't waste your time. Products are not official as stated, cheap copies that they drop ship to you. If your wanting a cheap unlicenced battery just order one direct from one of the cheap websites we all know about. In desperate need after eating for delivery so tried the laptop battery. Worked fine for a while but suddenly stopped working after 6 months. If you want a replacement under the 1 year warranty you have to pay almost £10 in shipping fees to a PayPal account linked to a Gmail email. Complete scam.

I would not use them. Basically a middleman for equipment from China. Delivery is rubbish and when I tried to return an item because I bought the wrong thing, they would not refund me and told me to return it to the manufacturer in China! Avoid at all costs.

Don’t let them get away with it!
This company is using a UK website address to make believe they are a UK-based business, but are actually based in China and ripping off customers from the UK. To get your money back from a scammer selling faulty items, you should report the scam to Action Fraud and contact your bank or payment provider to dispute the transaction. Contact your bank or the method of payment you used to pay them.
You can claim your money back through your Payment Providers using the Section 75 and chargeback protection, for your credit and debit cards, which you used to pay.
Then report them to the Federal Trade Commission, National Cyber Security Centre (for website takedown), and the Interpol National Central Bureau in China, Internet Crime Complaint Centre (IC3) (FBI). Just Google these organisations for their website to log your complaint. Don’t let them get away with it and get your money back, the legal way.

I ordered a genuine Dell laptop charger, it arrived quickly (assuming being shipped from China), and it is as described! So apart from the 10-day wait, a perfect service!

Ordered an ASUS charger, thinking it was a UK company from their website address. Ordered 30 August. Issues with Yodel courier, who advised me after a few weeks, that they had technical issues and as a result had a huge backlog of deliveries and had returned my parcel back to the seller!!

I emailed PC adapters, with this information and included copies of emails from Yodel and as of today, are still not refunding me, stating they are still waiting to hear from the courier as to why it was returned, even though their tracker states this too!

Absolute con and wish I had looked into the company and reviews beforehand. No doubt I will continue to be fobbed off until I give up requesting the refund!!

Ordered an ASUS laptop power supply which was described as original. Price was very good.

Was concerned having seen reviews after placing the order.

It arrived in just over 1 week with UK plug and was completely as described / expected. It is clearly an original.

Do not order from this company! I very carefully selected the correct replacement for a Lenovo adapter and was sent the wrong part with the wrong connector. I've sent them several e-mails asking for corrective action, but have received no reply. There is no telephone number to make contact. That's £19.00 down the drain.

Ordered a laptop battery for a hp and a charger for the same laptop it’s now been 4 weeks still no battery I’ve had too do loads of of emailing curriers to see what’s become of the battery still no answer from the currier company as for pc adap depot there not a uk based company there in china the adaptor is not genuine as advertised the customer service is diabolical they largely skirt around your requests and reply with a one toned response generally telling too be patient and calm companies like this should be banned from claiming to be a uk company wished id of checked the reviews in this before hand 4 weeks still nothing Stephen Chen and Sabrina no second name for reference £50 down the drain update pcadaptorsdepot have refused too give me there return address despite asking them 12 times they now just simply are offering me 10% refund in order too keep the power pack that doesn’t work what an absolute joke they are Mastercard have stated they will minus the return fee of my total refund that’s £17 for my £49 refund could take upto 60 days I wouldn’t recommend using pcadaptorsdepot there definitely not in the uk or uk based there just part of a wider china network who exploit the rules set by google and popular payment sources

Ordered a replacement laptop battery in November 2024. It took ages to come but eventually arrived. 10 months later the battery (supposedly an original HP battery) has died. Won't be buying from this website again.

Tried to cancel within minutes of ordering only to be told it had been shipped. 15 days to be delivered. Asked to return only to be told it would need to be returned to China at a cost of £34! Alternatively they offered a 10% refund and keep the item. Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs. This business is in China, don't be fooled by the UK URL.

I ordered one power supply for an ASUS laptop which arrived in less than a week. It worked perfectly so I have no complaints so far. If it packs up within the first year, I'll post here again!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had a choice. Sent the wrong adapter and in the follow up email they were properly rude, like seriously rude. So far, I've sent the adapter back to an address that doesn't show on the map. Also asked me to mark the package for less than it was worth so they could avoid paying import tax.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. I ordered an HP made replacement battery and quoted
the part number on the existing battery. What arrived did not fit, bore no HP name or part number. Since then PCAD have been very negative despite requesting a return of £36. Other websites seek more information before ordering so why dont PCAD?.

I would not use this company. I brought a replacement laptop battery from them, after taking it to a computer specialist shop for fitting they discovered it is faulty and doesn’t hold charge. They only accept returns back to China that you have to cover the cost of.

Please be aware that they sell counterfeit adapters from China. This seller is fraudulent and I think that the positive reviews are not genuine and have been paid for.

Paid £16.95 for an original Lenovo charger as advertised but received a knock-off one from China. You can easily spot that it is fake. Avoid this seller! When I asked for a refund, this is what the seller Sabrina sent to me:

Avoide this company , set me a wrong item and not taking return. THIS IS A SCAM !

I ordered a laptop battery with the same model number as the original. I repair laptops for a living so when the wrong battery arrived with a different model number I queried it. I was told that I was wrong?! I sent photos of the original battery which matched the model I ordered and a photo of the battery they sent me which was for an older model of laptop.

They refused to admit their mistake and offered me a 10% discount on another battery! I won't be ordering from them again!

Ordered 2 adapters as replacements for my gaming laptop, as they were lost when moving house.
Searching for the correct adapters was easy on the website.
Yes, the items are shipped from China, but the price was good and the contact and shipping details were constantly updated by the company. I received them within the 10 days stated on the website, they were well packaged for protection and work perfectly.
