"If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a payment gateway. They have been holding my money for over a month without any valid reason or solution. The absolute worst part is the complete lack of professionalism; my account manager is completely ignoring my calls and WhatsApp messages! Even their customer service is useless and does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, just endless delays. As a business owner, this behavior is entirely unacceptable. You cannot trust a company that handles your cash flow with such extreme negligence. Stay away from them and do not risk your funds!"

Waiting to go live - but one thing i can say Karen at Paymob our Client relationship manager was absolutely fantastic, Professional, Responsive and worked with my team to ensure our onboarding was seamless. She was available even after hours to discuss account opening.
Her dedication impressed me and I can only say that I am looking forward to using Paymob.

We wanted to integrate Paymob as a payment solution for our IT company, but after submitting all the requested documents, our application was rejected with vague and insufficient explanations. For a tech business expecting a clear and predictable onboarding process, this experience was frustrating and pushed us to look for alternatives."

I’ve worked with dozens of SaaS and fintech companies over the years, and I can honestly say Paymob has been the most frustrating product I’ve ever used.

Almost every workflow feels broken. The UI is confusing, bugs show up where you least expect them, and simple tasks often turn into hours of unnecessary back-and-forth. The customer support experience has been even more disappointing—slow, inconsistent, and rarely able to resolve issues without repeated follow-ups.

At some point, it stops feeling like isolated bugs and starts feeling like you’re fighting the product itself.

This isn’t a rant for the sake of it. It’s genuine feedback from someone who has worked with many software platforms. I hope Paymob takes product quality, UX, and customer support much more seriously, because right now, the experience falls far below what I’d expect from a leading fintech platform.

Extremely disappointing experience with Paymob.

I have completely lost trust in this company. The service has been poor, support has been unresponsive, and staff repeatedly made promises that were never fulfilled. Every time we raised concerns, we were given assurances, but no actual action was taken.

On top of that, we were charged fees that were never clearly explained or agreed upon beforehand. The lack of transparency regarding charges is unacceptable for a payment service provider.

As a business owner, I expect honesty, reliable support, and clear communication. Unfortunately, Paymob has failed in all three areas. Hidden charges, unresolved issues, and a lack of accountability have made this one of the worst service experiences I have had.

I would not recommend Paymob to any business looking for a trustworthy payment partner.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointing experience with Paymob support and payment settlement process. A customer payment was successfully deducted from the customer’s bank account on 26/05/2026, but the amount is still not credited to our account. We sent multiple emails and follow-ups, yet there has been no proper response or clarification from their team.

Because of this delay, our customer is losing trust in our company and questioning our business credibility. We are a legitimate documents clearing company with an office, website, and genuine customer base, but still facing unnecessary delays without transparency.

A payment gateway should provide quick support and clear communication, especially when business reputation and customer trust are involved. Very disappointed with the handling of this issue.

I can say that te onboarding process was smooth and the team was supportive.

worst of the worst, dont waste your time.

One of extreme non professional company for support and onboarding and create one single MID. It took 4 weeks and still they FAILED to deliver the account. Serious merchants those are in the market and making business but for them their compliance extremely slow, lack of communications. Top of that they do not value their partnerships specially with Strabl. very week performance. By reading such low feedback. I think low reviews doesn't matter to them at all and experience doesn't matter for them at all.

Worst customer service, they don’t respond to your email and when they do they send a ai generated response that has nothing to do with your complaint.
THEY ALSO LIE AND CHEAT ! I have in writing that I would receive a certain percentage for the transaction however they have been charging way above the agreed rate. I have been fighting them for weeks and still got nowhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Not a reliable company and after all the complaints I made I didn’t receive 1 phone call for an apology or resolution to fix what they have done. 0 stars.

We attempted to work with Paymob for our website; however, their platform froze during the enrollment process, preventing us from completing the registration.

You are cheating us, they said we will charge 1.95% commission for premium card and 1.45% commission for non-premium card. Initially, they charged the same commission but since last month they are charging 1.95% for all cards. If I have any problem, if I email them, the sales person threatened to block my mail.

I have been subscribed to the services and promised by their staff on mail that as they have charged 1375 instead of 800 AED i dont have to pay 99 Aed per month i have been trying to reach them no response the guy provided me a number which no body is picking up also they are charging 2.2% instead of 1.5% as promised

Worst experience and support team is workless i contacted my manager on daily basis almost but he ignoring my message regularly and didn’t replied

Payment always stays in pending, charges huge money, PLEASE STAY AWAY from them. I'm lost here i don't even know how to cancell this piece of shit.

للأسف تجربتي مع Paymob من أسوأ التجارب اللي مريت بيها مع أي شركة. الخدمة ضعيفة جدًا والدعم الفني أبعد ما يكون عن توقعاتي. بدل ما ألاقي حلول أو متابعة جدية للمشاكل، لقيت بطء شديد وعدم اهتمام، وكأن العميل مش مهم. الواحد لما يتعامل مع شركة تكنولوجيا بيبقى متوقع إن الخدمة تكون على مستوى عالي من الاحترافية والدعم، لكن الواقع مع Paymob مختلف تمامًا. بصراحة التجربة دي خلتني أفقد الثقة تمامًا في الخدمة، وما أقدرش أنصح أي حد إنه يعتمد عليها.
