Weber BBQ missing parts - Fantastic Service to resolve!

I was given a BBQ as a gift purchased from Paving Place, unfortunately when it arrived an integral part was found not to be in the box which seems to have been a factory/assembly issue at Weber. I contacted Paving Place and was astounded at how quick and responsive they were throughout to resolve the issue. It was a pleasure dealing with Mel who arranged an entire replacement product and collection of the old after speaking to their Weber rep. Unfortunately the replacement was missing a single screw (a fault of Webers not Paving Place) but Mel was again on the case to post a new one out to us and now finally we have a complete product. All worked out in the end.
Definitely would recommend Paving Place and their service.

Website is easy to navigate although I was confused as to why there was no "add to basket" button on my first choice of purchase. I later realised this was because the item was out of stock after checking another colour and the option to purchase was clearly visible. Not sure if this is just the mobile site but could have been clearer.
Purchased an alternative colour at a great price with free delivery despite being an AB postcode, something other retailers would do well to follow.
I received an email thanking me for my order and explaining the despatch process with a follow up email at time of despatch with a tracking number and excellent tracking from DPD.
Item arrived in under 48 hours from order as described and in great condition.
Paving place sets the standard for how online retailing should be.

Got some Ethan Mason black limestone for our back patio, best price I could find. Online ordering very straightforward and emailing their customer representative (Emma) to re-arrange delivery dates. Very quick to respond and happy to adjust delivery dates. Not received the goods yet but the sales process was very clear and a competitive price.
