I was disappointed with the communication flow. Email was only used during the information gathering process which delayed the timing. I paid for express timing with a personal helper but due to the use of email communication, the timeline was longer than originally scheduled.

I have to admit i was skeptical they could pull this off. When i realized the actual travel dates play an important role in the expiration date of your passport i only had one week left. Although mine was legit until May 2025 the travel dates made it 2 weeks expired. I paid the fee plus govt fees shipped everything on a Friday, they are closed weekends so it arrived Monday morning on advisors desk, confirmed by an email, papers were checked then sent to govt office. I had originally been told by the person fielding calls that i should have it back Thurs. My flight was Friday morning. On Tuesday advisor said more like Friday arrival because they need 3 full days. Anyone reading this remember, 3 full days. I had to change my flight just to give me some wiggle room. It is a very stressful wait as you are hoping beyond hope that this works. I received a message Thursday afternoon that all went well and it was being overnighted and i should have it by Friday 8am. I received a message that it had been delivered however the picture of the porch was not mine!!! NOT the fault of this company this was fault of UPS driver not paying attention. Filed a complaint with UPS for whatever good it will do. Located the package and went on my trip. I don't think i want to go through this stress again so advice..pay attention to the actual travel dates and there is nothing wrong with renewing early.

Your delivering my Passport was 2 days late. Patti Henriquez didnt answer my calls for 2 days. That 2 days cost me to be late for my flight. No other flight options were available. Lily also was quite useless. I will be offering very poor reviews all over the internet on your behalf. I asked for a manager a dozen times or more, nothing.
I literally called your despicable company 20 or more times last Tuesday, no one had a clue. You are awful. If I could give you less than zero...i would a 100 times over.

Misty was friendly, efficient with great communication skills. My passport application was quickly filed and the new passport received in only a few days.

I paid for the upgraded "Priority" service on Tuesday and have not heard from my "Consultant" yet - today is Saturday. I made it clear when I paid for this that it was very urgent as I leave in a week for Vietnam. 4 days have passed and I have called/emailed repeatedly. Nothing. Crickets. Completely unacceptable - not sure what I paid for other than being ghosted. Don't do it.

I will continue to post updates view reviews - at this point I may need to cancel my trip.

The company handled my document efficiently and were very helpful. Only one suggestion I would make is that they be very specific as to the company of expedition (sometimes they say FedEx when it is UPS or USPS) that can lead to confusion. Otherwise, they were very careful to make sure no mistakes were made.

From start to finish, they were incredibly transparent and communicated every step of the way. Whether I had questions or needed updates, they were always accessible and responsive, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find a company that values clear communication and customer service as much as they do. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and professional partner. Patty and her team are amazing!

This company needs to shut down completely. The fees you provide are disgustingly false. Speaking from a Passport Acceptance Agent, your company is ripping people off with the expedited services, among other things you provide.

Excellent service! Absolutely loved this service! It was so well organized, and I really appreciated that I could contact someone immediately. They walked me through all the steps, and help me figure out each document. I don’t think I even had to wait on hold! And my passport arrived earlier than expected. Well done!
