Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company! I was sent a damaged part that was obviously damaged prepackaging. I hired my neighbor, an appliance repairman to install the part and from the damage done, he believes a previous customer damaged it and they just put it back into their inventory. I failed to see the area for damaged parts and spent $16 of my own funds to return the part. I am now trying to get my return postage back but the only way to speak to anyone there is through chat. When I tried to file my initial complaint, I was barred from doing so as they claimed my language violated their terms. I tried to condense my complaint to as few words as possible and was accepted when I left out the reason for my request. Oh, and the photos have to be less than 1000 pixels in jpeg format. Unfortunately, as I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max my quality is too high so no pics to support my claim. I find this whole process to be insulting and a waste of my precious time in order to rectify the condition that they caused! I am hoping I can see my money refunded within a reasonable time frame but am not holding out hope as this ordeal has reached week three already. My best advice is to avoid these folks like the plague and do business with a reputable company. I would never consider dealing with this company ever again.

Disappointed
I purchased a icemaker motor from these folks for a Hotpoint Refrigerator. They had the part listed and I purchased it. I received the part and installed it but it was dead detective and wouldn’t turn. I filed a ticket (78897) for a replacement. I waited a few days and never heard back. So I looked on line at their website and without any notice to me or any explanation, it said the complaint was closed. I would be careful with these folks, their return/exchange policy is horrible.
You can't contact anyone.
Parts were sent and mail carrier sent it back. Delivery attempt was never made. They refunded the ticket but cannot talk, chat, or email anyone to find out why I can't buy parts. The website won't allow you to reply no matter what you type. It says, reply has inappropriate language. So I screenshot the message and it won't let me send it because it says I already have an open ticket but the ticket is closed with no option to reply. I would avoid this company at all costs.
Impossible to return an item
As many others have experienced, They make it impossible to return parts. Customer keeps dropping my claim as "resolved" I have not used the parts, just want to return them as they are NOT correct for my model. Customer service is terrible, and no way to call or email them. I have read many returned the parts and still did not receive credit months later.

In early January I ordered a part they said would fit, when it arrived it was way to big. Tried for weeks to contact them, which the only was is there so called 'tickets'. Either a double tale response, or no response. IMPOSSIBLE to email or call customer service. Will attempt Monday on last time entering a ticket. Looks like I will have to dispute the charge with Mastercard. I shipped the part back weeks ago, it was signed for, but still no contact or refund. IF YOU THINK YOU'LL NEED ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scam Business
A Scam Business. Purchased a part. Within minutes I realized it was wrong part. There is ZERO way to contact this business via phone or email. There is no way to cancel an order - you have to return it AT YOUR EXPENSE. I refused the package, and after it arrived back I asked for verification of return and a timeline in which I could expect a refund. I had to create an account, then follow a rabbit hole of links to finally find their “Create a Ticket” option. I let them know I would file for a chargeback if not returned. They responded with a snide comment about being “threatened” - and of course failed to answer my question. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
Rude
Customer service was extremely unprofessional. I received a damaged product and requested a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, the company delayed the process and avoided accountability. There was no empathy or proper assistance provided. When I stated that I would contact my bank due to the lack of resolution, I was dismissed and even labeled as “emotional,” which is inappropriate and unacceptable. Because of their poor handling of this situation and refusal to take responsibility for their mistake, I am now forced to dispute the charge through my bank.
No customer service
No customer service. Partsdiscount changed my address for a delivery causing the delivery to be delayed. NO response to why the correct address and zip code was changed and since only the shipper could change the delivery address I had to track and pickup the package to the incorrect Post Office it was sent.

I ordered a rotor hub for my LG washer for which the old hub spline was worn down . The price was good but most importantly they offered a quick response albeit with a higher cost. To my surprise, the item was received 1 day early. I would have given them 4 stars based on that; howevertwo oth consideratins led me to a 2 star rating.
First, the part was received broken. One of the three cylindrical tabs used to aligne the part had broken off. I think due to shipping in a bad container. Instead of going through an exchange process which I anticipated losing all of my shipping fees, I supergled the tab. I hope the fix holds up. I subtracted a start for this.
Second, after I put the part in the washer, I got on the webpage, not for a refund or exchange, but to let them know they need to improve the packaging. THe webpage, though very pro-costumer frendly looking, was dificult to complete any communication with them. So I therefore, used the mail link from their email to send them my suggestion, but I got a failure notice that hte email could not be delivered. I took 1 star for this.
I am not goingto use them again.

They sent me the wrong part -- not the one I ordered. I paid $60 for expedited shipping, but they did not send me the correct part. I had to go to an appliance store to get the correct one. Contacted PartsDiscount twice to get it fixed, but no reply.

Can’t order with their advertised price
Tried to order KitchenAid mixer, stainless steel paddle and accessories. It says free shipping and $39.95 for the 3 parts, paddle, dough hook, & whip. It includes a discount code, but the set comes up at $79.95, charges for shipping, and the discount only gives me $1.00 off. No thanks.

Once again I've had an excellent experience shopping, ordering, and having my much needed product delivered. My parts were easy to find online on the website, available -in stock, payment checkout was easy, and after parts were ordered, I was updated several times of confirmation of the order and able to check tracking. Parts arrived well packaged, and box was in good shape (unlike most of my amazon orders) and delivered faster than anything I order on amazon (and I pay to be a prime member and have 2day shipping!) Order made on 12/10/25 and received on 12/15/25. I absolutely recommend partsdiscount.com as company you can rely on and trust.

Ordered a Whirlpool washing machine part for my grandmother. We were sent the wrong item. We then started the return process only to find out that the only thing refund is the part price; no taxes, fees or shipping costs back. Shipped the item out with tracking and waited the 5-7 business days for a refund. When we never received the refund we went to their “support” page which is just a fillable form that is only accessible during certain times. No phone number, no address, no anything else - very sketchy. Ended up submitting two forms as we never received a response. Finally received a response today stating that “we are not a part of the BBB, we have blocked your email, take care”. What kind of scam business is this?! Taking advantage of the elderly and being rude is your goal?
Liars and deceivers
Although I paid extra for genuine Maytag parts, they sent me aftermarket parts and when I called them out on it, they tried to gas light me and tell me that I ordered aftermarket parts but my invoice shows that I ordered and paid for Maytag parts. Another item that I ordered arrived damaged and they refuse to pay for me to ship it or the other parts back to them. Apparently when they send you the wrong thing or send you damaged merchandise, it’s on you to pay to ship it back. They then decided to ignore me after I called them out on their lie to me. These people are dumb business people because I have a houseful of appliances that at some point will need parts, yet they were willing to screw me over to save a few dollars on shipping. If you want really lousy customer service and to be cheated, by all means do business with these people.
