I bought 2 of these fans for a large garage with high ceiling. They really move the air even at the lowest speed. I have had them up for about a week and I am pleased with how they work. Easy to order and received pretty quick.

I ordered the 120" fan for my building

I ordered the 120" fan for my building. I received it in under 2 weeks and was able to install it myself. It doesn't turn real fast but it does move air and is very quiet. I love it so far.

You only shipped 1 of the 2 fans. The only email response I received was that it must be an error on the FedEx side, but they never received the package. You need to ship me a fan ASAP please.

Thanks for responding. You can see that there are not tracking scans, only the initial label creation event which does not mean it was put on the truck.

Trusted Company

I am always very leery of ordering from a Chinese company. Twice I have been burned by them saying they delivered the product and i didn't receive it. Then I would have to pay another company money to find the delivery I never got.
However, I must admit this company is definitely one of the better ones. I trust this site. Their customer service was amazing. When I emailed to find out where my product even was, they explained it takes a little longer to update when it's coming directly from their factory in China. But I did receive it in great condition. I definitely can recommend Parrot Uncle and their products and customer service

It was hard to find an out door fan…

It was hard to find an out door fan that could be plugged in versus hard wired. This one has clean modern lines and it was a breeze to hang. It fits perfectly in our Yardistry gazebo! It clears the support beams perfectly so no modifications required!

The fan arrived on time

The fan arrived on time. It looks great. I haven’t been able to put it up because the accessories and angled roof hook and extension pole were shipped separately and have taken three weeks to get here. One of the accessories arrived two weeks after the fan still waiting on the other. I’d recommend skipping the overpriced accessories and buying them elsewhere.

Here’s what happened:

Downrod (extension pole) – This item was actually shipped together with your fan. Unfortunately, the carrier experienced a transit delay, which caused the downrod to arrive much later than the fan. We sincerely apologize for that shipping failure.

Mounting bracket – This part was not in stock at our US warehouse at the time of your order. It had to be shipped directly from our factory in China, and cross‑border shipping typically takes about 15 days. That is why it arrived separately and long after the fan.

The good news: All of your accessories have now been delivered. You finally have everything you need to complete the installation.

Regarding your suggestion to buy accessories elsewhere: We hear you. We are actively working to keep more accessory inventory in the US so future customers don’t have to wait this long. Your feedback is helping us improve.

Purchases a ceiling fan

Purchases a ceiling fan. There web site is good shipping good customer support none existent called on Apr 3 informed them ceiling fan not working. Rep told me I should hear by Tuesday just to have the same rep call me back to say she lost the information and can we go over it again. Got email response from first review tell me sorry for the in problems some will get back to me. Still have yet to hear from anyone tried calling just to get answering machine. I have a fan just hanging from the ceiling fan don’t buy from this company.

Two problems

Two problems. First, I ordered a downtube and received a downtube extension. Second, the fan stopped working days after installation and calls to support result in a recording to use the support email. It has been over 24 hours since I sent the requested email and no response hsd been received,

Called and the number listed is disconnected and sent 2 emails and no response received for over a week now.

Outdoor spaces are more open – Unlike an enclosed room, outdoor areas allow air to dissipate quickly, so even a powerful fan may feel less intense.

Installation height – If your fans are mounted very high (common for patios), the airflow at ground level can be significantly reduced.

Speed setting – Please make sure the fans are set to the highest speed. Some customers accidentally leave them on a lower setting.
