I can honestly say the customer service at Parker Howley is exceptional. We are so pleased with our Bespoke Oak wall hung vanity unit. The craftmanship is excellent. Thank you to Gareth, Richard and Paul.

Let's talk about customer service first, because that's were the journey begins. Literally first class, personal service, loved the video consultation, was able to select exactly what I wanted and I LOVE my unit. Its stunning. It was delivered by the loveliest man who talked me through everything and carried the items into the house.
The unit is stunning but the OMG top is my fav. I'd highly recommend Parker Howley.

We ordered a vanity unit from Parker & Howley and it is perfect for our new bathroom. All the wood has been expertly jointed and fitted, and the order process was very easy. The team could not have been more helpful, and even helped us arrange matching taps for the remainder of our bathroom refit.

Looking forward to using our vanity for many years to come.

Had to endure various sets of drawers and 2 units to actually end up with a piece that still has a big paint blow on one side. In the end I just simply got fed up of dealing with this company and basically had to accept a unit which wasn't 100% as I'd lost complete faith in the company.

Don't believe that there products are checked over by the MD or any of that rubbish that they tell you as this quite simply is not true. Products are sent with bits missing, damage, and when asked they'll just tell you lies.

From my initial order I was looking forward to receiving my product but in the end it just became an absolute nightmare and trying to get it resolved just resulted in being given the run around. Wouldn't ever bother dealing with the company again.

I have to say I could get quite carried away, there are so many gorgeous vanity units and kitchen islands not to mention all the other furniture. Beautiful colours and amazing quality. I would like to have everything but might need a bigger house.
