Always excellent service

AVOID-terrible service and communication

AVOID. Really poor service-over six weeks to get an item to the UK. Won't let me use my insurance to cover the cost of the item. Can give no indication of how they will resolve this. Would give zero stars if possible

I am using parcel direct for the last…

I am using parcel direct for the last year. I find them great. Website is easy to use and when I had to make contact about a package being delivered to the wrong address( my fault) they were very helpful. I now use them all the time for sending my packages.

ParcelDirect An Essential Partner

Outstanding experiences with this company - having dealt with them for seven years on average shipping with them twice per week. Excellent prices saving us up to 40% compared to dealing directly with Fedex and DHL. Customer service is excellent when we make a mistake. Happy to consider them an essential part of our business.

STAY AWAY-Terrible service

An item that was meant to take 2-3 days to deliver is still in limbo six weeks later. General lack of communication and no suggestions on when matter will be resolved. Keep away.....they are also not regulated by COMREG so small claims court to get money back!

Very Satisfied

Struggling to find an option for collection which was not drop off, as we have most people working from home, I found this site which gives you door to door options with different providers and timeframe delivery. The site is straight forward and easy to navigate, the instructions and documents are clear and even they have a no-printer option available too. So far the service has been great and as proposed during booking. Very satisfied and looking forward to using their services again.

Beware: They might pocket your money!!

I made a mistake on the waybill, I wrote 130 KG and I paid €352 for it but it was 130 lbs which is less than 60 KG. So, 130 KG parcel costs €352 and 60 KG parcel should cost less than half of €352. I think UPS did check its weight and refunded it to Parcel Direct but parcel direct didn't refund my money. I mailed their support service many times, in the beginning they answered some of the mails but when they notice they could pocket my money, they stopped answering. Do not use parcel direct ever. I am trying to get a sollicitors help now.

In the beginning of the story they told me "no worries UPS will check the weight and if you paid more you ll get refund, if you paid less you will pay more" and I said okay but that was in November 2020. Afterwards they told me they were waiting for the invoice from the UPS and then they would be able to refund my money. Alright, that makes sense. However when I asked them if they got the invoice for this parcel which was sent last year, they didnt answer me. I don't think it is possible to wait for an invoice for 3-4 months. They got the invoice, they got refund from UPS and they just don't want to give the money to whom it belongs to. Simply they are trying to pocket my money. Otherwise why would they leave my e-mails un-answered. We are talking about at least €150 here.
