Luke at the Fort William store did a brilliant Job telling me how the material worked in comparison to cortex shells which I'm used to. It's certainly new to me and look forward to putting the jacket to the test. Have a feeling itl be between taking the jacket with a small down up hills for winter summit camps and not my big puffer, or the big puffer and a gortex. Ether or. Look forward to testing it. Not sure yet if itl be my go to bbut I'm keen to try. I'll do a good youtube review on my youtube channel which is. Go Summit Solo. Itl appear in my winter camps for sure

Customer Services very helpful at returns though you do have to pay for it. Shame they don't automatically supply return label (why do Companies always assume you have a printer?) No QR code supplied either. I've always been size Medium but ordered Large to take account of more jumpers and my slightly expanding waist line. Large in this style of jacket is a size 12. I had to order size XLarge which is size 14 and now fits. If you're any bigger than a size 14 you apparently don't exist in Halkon jackets.

Andy in the Keswick store was such a great help. Extremely approachable, helped with both sizing and picking the right garments for our needs.

The Scottish guy who works in the store at Keswick was very patient with both myself and especially my husband as we decided on what to buy.
We both had Paramo gilet's that we wanted to trade in for recycling and upgrade some of our kit.
A very positive experience and great advice.
The recycling scheme is a great idea of reusing old kit.
Would definitely visit again.

What an amazing experience. Andy was so knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me time to try on various coats and advised on the best fit for the hills and safest coat. As well as the paramo coat I brought a Gillet for survival bag. Excellent experience thank-you

Andy in the Keswick branch was extremely helpful. He made sure I was fitted properly with the correct size jacket to allow room for walking with poles and with a backpack. He also went to the trouble of phoning other branches to locate the jacket in the colour and size I wanted. Excellent service.

I visited the Keswick shop to see the Páramo products on offer. The shop had every jacket in all different sizes. Andy was very helpful in finding out what I was going to use the jacket for and suggesting a suitable one. He was very knowledgeable and took me through the washing and re proofing process. I had a great experience in the shop and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you again Andy.

Excellent customer service. I had a small burn hole in my jacket from an ember and Sean at Paramo went above and beyond to help me find a patch to fix this.
