Excellent service. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and they loved our dog which was an added bonus. The clothing is good quality and a good price. We will shop here again.

Luke and the team at the fort William store are very helpful. They allowed me to try on multiple products and assisted me with sizes, explaining the features of each product.

Paramo Workshop undertook a repair on my old Quito jacket replacing an entire back panel which i had no idea they could do. The repair was exceptional and has now given my Quito jacket a new lease of life. Well worth the wait - thank you so much

Sean was quick to respond and arrange a warranty replacement for the coat I had, as the main zip had broken. He was efficient, but also friendly. Even contacting me to let me know when the replacement was on it's way to me, which I very much appreciated.

The customer service I received from Sean at Paramo was amazing from the outset! He couldn’t do enough to help me solve my issue and quickly organised a repair for a faulty zip. Communication was brilliant throughout and I always knew exactly what was going on. I was surprised to be notified that my jacket would be returned to me almost a month earlier than I expected it. It was a nice touch to find out the name of the individual who actually worked on my jacket - so Thank You Janet!

I had an issue with my Paramo Velez Evolution Smock, got in touch with the Paramo team, who were absolutely fantastic at sorting it out, especially considering the issues got worse! After the courier losing my jacket and Paramo swiftly sorting the situation out, I cannot commend their customer service highly enough!! Especially the likes of Katie Ring, truly a super star at her job and customer relations, if you are dealing with her then you are in good hands.

Páramo clothing provides decent quality products such as fleeces and waterproof jackets and their customer service is commendable. They handle issues promptly and offer services like repairs and replacements even for older garments. However, while their clothes often perform well in various conditions like wind and rain, certain issues have required attention, such as checking waterproofness or fixing zips. Despite these small hiccups, they generally address customer concerns effectively. Overall, the experience with Páramo is satisfactory and their team members, both in-store and in customer service, are generally helpful and professional.

Just a quick email to advise you that I have now received my repaired jacket and to thank you for your exceptional service.

From start to finish the service which I have received in relation to the repair of my jacket has been first class.
All my communications were very promptly addressed, every effort was made to assist me to return my jacket and supply me with information about what might be possible and what might not. In the end the repair, cleaning and reproofing was carried out free of charge and the coat was returned looking almost new. I could not have asked for better service.
Special mention to Sean who was my contact with the company and whose responses reliably came the day after my posts to him and to Sue who worked on the garment on 30/10/24.

It was certainly worth buying the best and I look forward to many more years of excellent service and excellent products from your company.

I had a small tear in my Páramo Alt 3 Jacket. I did not want it to get larger but wanted to take it to the Himalayas with me. I was very concerned if I put it in for repair, there was a chance I may not have it for my adventure. I wrote to the repair section of Páramo in Wadhurst who made strident efforts to take the Jacket in and repair it in time for me to use. The repair by Claire was beautiful and better than I expected and Sean was very helpful in progressing the service which I thank them both for. Thank you a great service. Guy

After many years of using Paramo clothing I was experiencing lack of water proofing on a coat so I returned it to the company asking if they could clean and reproof it. The company gave me excellent aftercare service and are turning the coat round in a week so I won’t be without my trusted Paramo jacket very long. They also gave very useful information regarding regularly cleaning and reproofing their product in the future. I can highly recommend the product and company.

Paramo are on of the few companies in my experience who genuinely aim to do what they say they will. And if a garment fails for whatever reason they will investigate thoroughly and do the right thing, in this case send me a brand new pair of overtrousers. Truly awesome service. And Sean Bromage was polite, informative and just the epitome of good service. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I have several items of Páramo clothing from fleeces to waterproof jackets and the quality is excellent.

However - what is perhaps as commendable as their products, is the customer service from Páramo.
The personal touch towards customers is paramount to their approach. Both emails and phone calls are dealt with quickly and positively and they go out of their way to solve any issues you may have.

Their customer experience administrator, Lauren, is particular praiseworthy . She is extremely professional and helpful and goes out of her way to deal with whatever query or issue you have. She’s a credit to Paramo.

Repair, replacement of zip and reconditioned treatment of my Parmo Jacket that's 16 years old! Communication was great.
Advice was great too. Found some faults with my jacket I had missed. So they got fixed also.
All at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the repairs. My jacket looks fabulous. Thank you Paramo.

Planning for a trip to Iceland lead me to Paramo as a company and specifically to the Mens’s Velez Evolution Hybrid Smock.

Over the two weeks, in mid-teen celcius temps, on sunny, rainy, and over all the days windy, I was so happy with my jacket.

It held up to all the conditions and locations, including a glacier tour.

Though my purchase was because if the expected showers, it was how protected from the wind I was that really amazed me.

It is one of the best purchases I made all year!

I can't rate Paramo's London store staff and the company's repair service too highly. My 6-year old jacket was sent to check waterproofness even though I had used the appropriate Nikwax cleaning and reproofing products. It was returned to me after one week after full inspection, cleaning and reproofing free of charge. Similarly, a broken zip was replaced in an insulated jacket a couple of years ago, again free of charge.
Paramo products are extremely well made and very breathable. Going to extend my wardrobe with a Velez jacket from the lovely London store staff tomorrow
