Helpful and responsive staff.
We recently needed to do some modifications at our property and had to ask Paradigm for support. Staff responded in a timely way and were very helpful and proactive with helping us solve the issue.
I enjoyed this interaction.

Paradigm were responsive to my queries throughout the day, and Steve the repairman was very efficient and informative. Work completed on first visit within 10 minutes- if what was potentially a large job

The Home Ownership team has been very helpful and responded to my requests promptly. The only comment I would make is that I was asked to fill a new version of the form after I had been sent an old one, and asked to provide pictures of my home prior to the works which were not a requirement as per the form I received. In the future, I would appreciate more transparency and clarity, and ideally to find the forms and all the relevant information readily available online.

There liars constant lies. Ask them for proof of everything. If they have no proof take legal action against these lying disgusting company. they call themselves a charitable organisation what must be a joke. They don’t care for there tenants.
My partner will be taking them to court now.

The Home Ownership team has been supporting and helping us with changes mainly to our back garden and some to the kitchen. Throughout this time they've been patient, helpful, understanding, and really, really supportive of the application. Honestly, not only did they guide us away from mistakes that would have been costly to rectify, but they've provided really good help including the legal regulations you need to comply with, and never a hint of frustration or impatience. A great team, thank you!

Excellent workmanship from employee James. Very polite and hardworking. I’ve had the same guy here several times and he’s been very efficient and knows his stuff.

I bought my first home through the shared ownership scheme. The properties were meant for people with disabilities and who have a close connection to the area (we had to fill up a form). I struggled to get on the housing ladder having a disability myself as well as my daughter.

I have abusive neighbours below me who consistently smoke regardless of asking them to be more considerate, Paradigm will not do anything. When I bring it up with them I am faced with a tirade of abuse and have contacted the police twice.

Paradigm do not do anything.

Runnymeade council has banned smoking on balconies for 200 of their properties, yet Paradigm are happy to allow people’s health including young people to deteriorate mentally and physically with the side effects of racism, abusive language and passive smoking.

Alistair turned up to do plumbing repair but said he was a gas engineer but quickly let me know he could do the job & got straight on with! Cracking job, well satisfied!

We have just signed up with Paradigm Housing. Everyone that we've dealt with has been helpful and professional. They have gone over and above for us !

I see many bad reviews and honestly as a verified user my review is completely honest. As a person with many health issues and complications I have nothing but praise for the workmen who have helped recently . ( a plumber and window/door employee) the service was fantastic and repairs arranged within days , completed and kept up to date with it all. I am really impressed with paradigm

The Home Ownership team have been truly supportive with documents needed for progressing the sale of my house and answering any queries raised promptly, 5* service from them - thank you it is truly appreciated.

The plumber Craig was very quick to identify the problem worked on it straight away and it was fixed in very little time

Repair guys are always polite and respectful.

Gentleman came and changed the Radiator, he changed it, and because the radiator was not the right size, the wall was left without paint, he left lots of mess and lots of holes on the wall, disgusting, I don't know how these people work, 1 star is too much.

I have a terminal illness and most of the team are very very kind,caring and supportive. I've had two different guys to do repairs in my home and I can only praise them. Absolutely no complaints at all

I have been a paradigm resident for over 10 years and have never had a bad workman or unanswered query. Yes rents go up but that is across the housing spectrum. I love my one bedroom house and my neighbours Perhaps thats why I'm happy with the service and the organisation. No complaints from me!
