Bought a bulk order from this company and half of it came through Amazon, in brown paper, with the Amazon receipt. Absolute ripoff

Very good prices for very good quality and amazing service. Sorted out a return for me quickly (my fault for ordering something that didn’t fit) and although there were a couple of failed collections that wasn’t really their fault and partly due to my relocation.

Easy to locate, and pay online. Usual next day delivery. What more does anyone need?

I gave one star, not because of the items I purchased, but to make you aware of the delivery, which was not good. My items were in a fairly large white bag which was rolled up and handed to me like that. If you look at the photo you will see it seems ok but when I unrolled the bag it was so dirty and had several dirty boot footprints on it. It looked like someone had been stepping in a puddle the stomped all over my parcel. The bag was also kind of roughed up. Not a nice way to receive a parcel. I needed to wash my hands before I opened my items. Not really happy. One good thing was the speed of delivery from time of purchase.

Very impressed with the quality of service and packaging. My items arrived the next day, and the attention to detail, especially the way the paper is plastic wrapped to stop any damage in transit, was really refreshing to see. Connie was a great help as well; it’s clear that attention to detail is a big focus at Paperstone. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you, Connie and the team at Paperstone.

Had to replace and old, ageing and peeling office chair for a newly furnished and decorated office/man cave and started looking for something a bit different. After a lot of searching one chair caught my eye, but way more than I was looking to pay (£400+). I then searched for this chair in particular and found it at a better price at Paperstone, so thought I would treat myself. The next day delivery was perfect, ordered Wednesday evening, dispatched Thursday, and arrived safely Friday lunchtime. Easy build and a lovely looking chair, wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again!!
