My order did not match the product packaging shown online. I received a completely different package and colour. I was advised to return the item and was told in writing that the return costs would also be refunded.

However, I was only refunded for the product itself. When I questioned this over multiple emails, the company backtracked and claimed they do not refund return costs. They then accused me of sending “threatening emails,” yet the person who made this accusation did not sign their message. When I asked them to specify which part of my emails they considered threatening, they ignored the question and stated that the matter was closed.

I will be taking this further.

I recently ordered a few products from Pak Cosmetics and overall had a good experience. After placing my order, I noticed the status showed as “on hold,” so I tried calling for clarification. Unfortunately, each time I called the line disconnected after about four minutes. I then decided to email instead, and the response was prompt and helpful.

They explained that some of the items I ordered were out of stock and gave me the option to choose alternatives of the same value. I found it a little difficult to find suitable replacements, so they kindly refunded the difference and continued processing the rest of my order.

The delivery took around six days, which felt a bit longer than I initially expected, but I understand that this is fairly standard. When the package arrived, the products were packed very well and everything was secure.

One small point I noticed was that the box used for packaging appeared to be one from their own bulk delivery, as it still had their supplier sticker and details on it. It might be worth removing this in the future to avoid any potential confusion for couriers.

Overall, the customer service was good, communication via email was quick, and the products arrived safely. Despite a couple of minor issues, I’m satisfied with the service and happy to have received my items.

They gave me a refund for the products i ordered without a valid explanation.

I ordered 4 strip lash adhesives from this company on 1st March and received the parcel with the 4 items, but only three of them had the tube of adhesive in them. I emailed them but don't hold any hope of receiving a reply, seeing that they are not answering any of the negative reviews hier on Trustpilot. Won't order from them again.

Product and delivery time were fine but way to overpackaged. A small jar of gel was over packaged in bubble wrap and a plastic bag. Really, still? Move to cardboard and other recyclable materials. It's the only reason I wouldn't order from Pak's again.

Unfortunately, their online platform does not appear to be connected to their live stock inventory, which allowed me to place a large order only to be contacted later and told the items weren’t available for dispatch. This was very disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered on the 24th of Feb, they emailed me a week later on the 3rd of March to tell me an item is not in stock. Did not give me time to find an alternative before they sent the rest of my order. I would have to now pay for postage and packaging for an alternative item after initially spending over £50 in order to receive free delivery. Will never shop with them again. On the search for a black owned company even if I have to pay more.
